A good hotel made great by its service
This is a good example of a good hotel made great by its service! Facilities are perfect. Very nice pool, massage rooms, cinema, gym, nice beach in front, great location. The food was great also (though you are in Thailand, so great food is a given) The villas are great! very little privacy as they are right in the walkways... but hey, can´t complain much about amazing villas! But again, the people is what made our stay great. In particular PP. She really went the extra mile to ensure that not only our stay in this NH (which she did) but our next stay in Koh Phangan were perfect. And when PP was on day off, then Mrs. Ying took over, and as good. I definitely got the feeling that they were doing their outmost to ensure we had a great stay, and they did!!!

Great resort in Fisherman's village
Loved our stay at NH Collection Samui, the resort is closely located to fisherman's village yet not too close so it is still quiet and relaxing. Great breakfast buffet, beach is not the best compared to photos and there were jellyfish so you need to be cautious - however pool is great.

Peaceful hotel, great location
I visited the hotel in the 3rd week of June with my daughter. The location of the hotel close to Fisherman's Village and many bars, restaurants and supermarkets was great. You didn't feel like you were restricted to the hotel grounds. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and clean. Very generous breakfast options. The beach is accessible straight from the hotel and beach towels are readily available. I don't think there's anything to fault with this hotel.
