I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I originally booked a 7-night stay, but unfortunately we decided to leave after only 2 nights because the condition of the rooms did not meet our expectations. The main issue was cleanliness. In our experience, there was visible mold throughout the bathroom in our first room. As we were traveling with two babies, this was especially concerning to us. After reporting the issue, we were moved to another room, but we found what appeared to be mold in that bathroom as well. We spent a significant amount of time over two days speaking with the front desk and the front office manager, trying to resolve the situation, packing and unpacking moving and literally spent our time that supposed to be vacation on that things Instead of enjoying our vacation after a very long flight from Israel, we were dealing with room issues and eventually decided to move to another hotel that better met our basic expectations for cleanliness. We also found that there were a large number of mosquitoes in the dining area, which further affected our stay. To add to our disappointment, we were charged for the two nights we stayed at a rate that was significantly higher than the average nightly rate of our original 7-night booking, making the early departure even more frustrating. This review reflects my personal experience. Unfortunately, I would not return to this hotel, and based on my experience, I would not recommend it to others.
