A wonderful hotel for families!
A wonderful hotel for families! The kids’ club and swimming pool with our children—they absolutely loved them!
The reception and bell staff provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. A special thank you to Khun Mink for the warm hospitality and attentive care.
We had a lovely family stay at Holiday Inn Koh Samui and would happily recommend it to other families!

Great experience
Had an amazing stay at Holiday Inn Samui! The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are great, and it has a perfectly relaxing vibe. We really want to give a special shoutout to Ms. Pompam. She is incredibly friendly and does a fantastic job. She was always smiling and ready to help us with anything we needed, which made our trip so much more comfortable and stress-free. Staff like her are the reason we’d love to come back. Great experience!

Staying at Holiday Inn Resort completely exceeded my expectations for a 4-star hotel. The location is ideal—close to everything you need while still being a great place to unwind.
The level of service throughout the stay was incredible, especially thanks to Pompam. Her friendliness and attention to detail were genuinely on par with a 5-star resort. I was so pleasantly surprised to experience this standard of care. Highly recommended!

Great resort for families
Very well designed resort for families. Great location on the beach and near to restaurants and an outdoor market. Room was large and comfortable, with nice balcony overlooking the pool. Good breakfast selection and friendly staff. They accommodated our request to shower and change at the end of a long day trip to the national park before we headed to the airport.
