helpful front office! and people there overall were very warm
highly recommend if youre looking to experience the “real” ubud! everything you need is literally here in svargaloka, as well the amazing food! one thing i would love to highlight here is the people though! they were all so welcoming and friendly especially bu puspa from the front office that helped me through uncountable conditions.. will be back next year!..and every other year
the best hotel in ubud
it was the perfect hotel for bali. silence, beautiful nature but of course it is about the people. Pita, Ardi, Rindi and Sumi gelped us with everything we need. They were always smiling and wishing to help us in everey way. thank you, girls!

Beautiful, relaxing and spiritual experience
The most relaxing hotel we have ever stayed in, with two pools, meditation, yoga and great spa treatments as well as a restaurant with delicious Indonesian and European cuisine. The staff were very friendly. Weda is a legend! Beautiful traditional Ubud architecture centred round a huge holy Banyan tree.

What a magnificent resort. The location is stunning. 🤩 the restaurant and all its staff are beautiful. All the staff here are exceptional. They will go out of their way to help you and always with a smile. Special mention to the beautiful Pita. She did a class teaching us how to make the beautiful offerings with flowers. She was so kind and patient and was a delight to meet. Thank you for everything. I will be back again. 🤍🙏
