Adiwana Resort Jembawan

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and we truly couldn't have made a better choice. We had to arrange our stay at the last minute due to an unexpected emergency and went directly to the hotel without a reservation to check availability for the next day. From the moment we arrived, Fachri and the entire reception team welcomed us with exceptional kindness and made us feel at home right away. They did everything they could to help us with our situation and assigned us rooms that perfectly matched our requests. The hospitality of the entire staff was outstanding throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our son became ill during our visit, and everyone was incredibly caring, thoughtful, and supportive. Their genuine kindness made a difficult situation much easier for our family. We stayed in an Adiwana Room, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every comfort. The balcony overlooking the lush tropical vegetation was especially lovely and made the room feel even more relaxing. We also ordered room service several times, and every meal was excellent. The food was delicious, arrived promptly, and the service was impeccable. Breakfast was included and served at Herb Library, the hotel's restaurant, which is also open to the public. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious and beautifully presented dishes. A heartfelt thank you to Fachri and the entire team for their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. They turned an unexpected and stressful situation into a memorable stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ubud.
