Great stay at adiwana bisma!
Adiwana is a wonderful place! It's clean, in an excellent location on Bisma Street, and you can easily walk to everything in the area. The staff are absolutely lovely, the massage was excellent, and the food was delicious too. Everything was great. Highly recommended!
Beautiful and welcoming stay
We had a wonderful stay at Adiwana Bisma as an adult with 2 children. It is centrally located in Ubud with direct walking access to the main streets but set back enough to enjoy time away from the hustle and bustle.
The atmosphere is very peaceful and is appealing to guests of all ages. The rooms are extremely well maintained with housekeeping twice per day, we were very comfortable during our stay.
The staff are what makes the hotel fabulous. They are incredibly helpful and allow their individual personalities to shine, each taking time to engage in conversation.

Great Service
Lovely hotel, and more importantly the staff was very good! All of them were helpful and proactive, particularly Mila at the front desk. She took care of everything single request we had with a smile on her face. The location of the hotel is great, close to everything, making ot easy to get around.

The level of service and friendlyness is second to none.
It is located perfectly for shopping, massage, monkey forest, ubud palace, ubud market etc.
Lets highlight Adi our driver from the hotel he is incredibly kind and patient and knowledgeable about all activities. We were here for 5 days and used Adi both from airport and 2 full days of activities like zip lining, waterfalls, atv rafting etc
Also Laura and Luna in reception always checking in with us if everything is good. They were both super kind and observant. All other staff also highly professional. All in all an amazing 5 star hotel!
