Surprise and delight at every turn.
It doesn't get any better than this. I forgot my reading glasses in the room during a late dinner. Guess what, they presented a box with reading glasses. I mean they were literally better than my own permanent ones.

Superb Hotel with Great Views
Superb Hotel with Great Views We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The views are absolutely stunning, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The food was excellent, and the breakfast was truly extraordinary. Almost everything was freshly prepared on request, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The quality, variety, and freshness of the breakfast were outstanding. The Indian cuisine deserves a special mention—it was authentic, flavorful, and among the best we've had at a hotel. Overall, a fantastic stay with great hospitality, delicious food, and breathtaking views. Highly recommended.

The extra mile and beyond are words not enough to relate the wonderful time my family of 12 had at our resort home for 6 nights! Grace Under Pressure – A Short Stay I Will Always Remember
Sometimes a hotel is tested not on an ordinary day, but when a guest suddenly needs help.
Due to unexpected medical circumstances, I had to change my travel plans at very short notice and was fortunate to spend one night at The Oberoi Bali.
From the very first moment, the team showed genuine kindness, flexibility and professionalism. Every interaction felt warm and sincere, and I immediately felt that I was in good hands.
What impressed me most was not luxury itself—although the property is beautiful and luxerious —but the calm confidence with which the team handled an unusual situation. Hospitality is easy when everything goes according to plan. True hospitality reveals itself when plans suddenly change. The employees and the also Management are truly outstanding and very rare to find because they really care about their customers.
Although my stay was brief, it gave me exactly what I needed at that moment: a peaceful place to recover, outstanding service and the reassuring feeling of being genuinely cared for. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.
Thank you to everyone at The Oberoi Bali for your kindness and professionalism. I sincerely hope to return one day under happier and less eventful circumstances, and stay much longer.
