Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Staff
Another great experience at The Haven. Special thank you to Desi in Sabeen who checked in on me when I was struggling with sickness and made me a lovely medicinal tea. And special thank you to the young man Angga who made sure our room was always clean and we had everything we needed. The front desk were exceptional as always arranging airport accommodation amongst other things. I'm sure we will visit The Haven again in the future!

Another wonderful visit to our "home away from home!!
We have recently returned home from visit number eleven to The Haven, which was another fantastic and enjoyable experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed another relaxing and happy holiday at our "home away from home". The one bedroom suite was immaculate, quiet and comfortable as always. The recent refurbishment work occurring throughout the hotel has also further enhanced the quality of the hotel facilities. The suite, the pool, the restaurant and the beach area all provide an excellent environment to relax and refresh.
Our sincere thanks once again to Mr Wayan, for his ongoing assistance with our annual reservation booking. It was also wonderful to catch up with the amazing staff that continually treat us like family.
Our valued friends of many years, Ayu, Desi and Endang, along with Mr Sugi, were there to welcome us and treat us just like family, as always. The terrific younger staff that we engaged with during our visit: Yasa, Dewira and Pardita, are further examples of the high quality of staff that are being trained so well at The Haven.
We find that all of The Haven staff are friendly and welcoming in nature and give high quality attention to their duties and the level of customer service.
The location of the The Haven provides easy access to many fine restaurants and plenty of local shopping opportunities!
We'll look forward to planning visit number twelve very soon!!

'Unbelievable 80th Birthday'
My wife gave me a surprise, 2-week travel experience at The Haven in Bali for my 80th birthday It would be almost impossible to exaggerate how much I enjoyed it Bali is one of my favorite holiday destinations and The Haven in Seminyak is my favorite hotel. It was all just perfect. The buffet breakfasts are simply superb. The staff, Desi, Kadek, Ayu and so many others, make every effort to make everybody feel special. For me, the surprise arrival of 11 family members was delightfully surreal Throughout the hotel, the reception desk, poolside, our room and at the arrivals and departure at the front, its all perfect. The sense of joy and willingness to assist flows throughout the property. The hotel is managed by a wonderful individual who happily tells you he is the 'bus driver' of the organization. Wayan Sukaarta has that personality to match the vibe of The Haven. His 'people' skills are legendary and his warmth flows throughout the hotel. Unknown to me my wife also organized with Wayan to have a 80th Birthday party at the hotel. It was fantastic. Many of the hotel staff joined our families to make it a truly memorable event. I just can't speak highly enough of everything about The Haven. Many, many Thanks

Great view, kind - friendly, great value
I had wonderful stay at The Heaven Bali Seminyak with my son and got a very satisfying experience. I would like to say a special thank you to Mr. Surya who has kindly helped the check-in process and provided a free room upgrade to suite rooms for me and my son. His service was very helpful to me during my 4 days vacation in Bali. Especially in providing various information that I needed. With affordable prices this hotel offers very complete facilities. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. All the staff also served with a friendly and full of smiles. In addition, the hotel’s location is very strategic, close to various places to eat, souvenir shops, spas, beach and supermarkets. The experience of staying at this hotel is very memorable. I will definitely come back to stay here if I visit Bali. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a place to stay in Bali, both for vacation and business purposes. Hopefully the best service from Mr. Surya and all the staff and hotel management will always be maintained.
