Best birthday experience
We celebrated our birthday in here and booked the festive decorations. What a treat. Decor was beautiful and the attention to detail was amazing. Thank you to Wahyn and Dedek who put up decor
Another good stay at The Haven
The Haven is definitely a haven away from the noise of the street. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants, massage places and the beach. Our room was very clean, and we enjoyed having a balcony overlooking the pool. The bed was very firm and not very comfortable, and the pillows and bed linen were worn and past their use by date. Otherwise, we found the Haven to be an excellent place to stay.

Amazing Trip again
I have visited Haven for the third time, 6aand it always feels like a brand-new adventure. Every visit is so special. Meeting so many friends who feel like family makes it even more beautiful. The staff are truly amazing — the food, the room, everything was just wow! A special thanks to Aguas — he is so charming and such a friendly person. I really love to see him fly high and succeed. Also, Misha the trainee — she is wow! Such an amazing and beautiful young lady. Thank you so much for this wonderful hospitality. I can’t wait to come back again! ✨
The Haven - almost. Still it good value.
Very good location. The atmosphere is generally good Room - sorry, did not meet my expectations. The bathtub is not so clean, and the wall and especially the floor are pretty oily - probably due to the messages of previous guests. Value - good value for money Cleanliness - Average. The bathroom was not up to par. Noise level - The late-night music from nearby clubs is clearly heard - but what to do! Service - Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent. No one cleaned my room for my entire stay, actually, even though I did put the clean the room sign at the door. Amenities - Didn't try everything. But the pool was very good.

Quiet and Peaceful
Perfect location and away from the street noise. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, with separate lounge, dining and basic kitchen. The rooms had ample space and were serviced everyday. The staff are so friendly and always there to help if needed. A big shoutout to Agus S and the trainee that was working with him, they left our room with a cute little dog on the bed, thank you so much. The Haven is close to many great restaurants and very close to Bintang Supermarket. The beach is a short 10 minute stroll away, great for sunset drinks or something to eat. The pools at The Haven are very well looked after, we could not fault our stay. We would definitely stay again 💚🌴💚 Thank you to all the staff at The Haven 🦎
