Great Family Stay at Grand Mercure Seminyak
We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Mercure in Seminyak, Bali. The facilities were excellent, but I want to specifically highlight the great service in the fitness and pool center. A special thanks to Winadi, the gym supervisor, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and maintained the gym to a high standard. His professionalism really enhanced my experience. Highly recommended.

Stay at Grand Mercure Seminyak
We are in our honeymoon in the hotel, the checkin was very easy and smooth Priscila was very professional , and we received some good amenities and the room atmosphere thanks to the guests experience staff Hera,Tasya,Velia. I really recommend this hotel even if i came to bali next time i will book this hotel again.

Great family hotel in a prime location close to beach, restaurants and shops. Clean amenities and rooms. Smooth check-in thanks to front desk team. Friendly helpful staff throughout the hotel. A special shout out to the recreation team around the pool. In particular Winadi and Rizal! Thank you 🙏
