A little slice of Seminyak Paradise
We recently stayed at the Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak to celebrate a special milestone, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, all staff were absolute perfection, warm, welcoming, and endlessly attentive, ensuring we felt completely looked after throughout our stay. A special highlight of our mornings was the incredible breakfast experience, made truly brilliant by the wonderful team. A huge thank you to Heni, Bayu, and Lami, who went above and beyond with their infectious smiles, exceptional service, and genuine hospitality. They started every single day on the absolute right note and made us feel like family. If you are looking for a hotel that combines gorgeous modern amenities with authentic, world-class Balinese warmth and service, look no further than the Grand Mercure Seminyak. Had the best experience staying here! Staff provided exceptional service including the great Winadi. The attention to detail and ability to check up on us all the time was immaculate. Definitely recommend to everyone - groups of friends, individuals and families!
Nice hotel in seminyak
The hotel is conveniently located near Seminyak Beach, and the outdoor swimming pool is a great place to relax and cool off from the heat. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The buffet breakfast is also good, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
One thing to keep in mind is the heavy traffic in the area, especially when heading to the airport. Be sure to allow plenty of extra time for your journey.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great service and a convenient location!
