Beautiful resort, location, staff & amenities.
The location, amenities, food and staff are all absolutely amazing! This was our second time staying here, and we were so impressed that the staff remembered us from our previous visit. It really made us feel welcomed and at home.
A special mention to Ari from Concierge, who was absolutely incredible! He went above and beyond to help us plan our adventures and make sure our family had everything we needed, exactly when we needed it. Even on his days off, Ari continued to respond promptly and went out of his way to make our holiday as seamless and memorable as possible. His dedication, thoughtfulness and genuine care for his guests truly stood out and made such a difference to our stay.
We can’t thank Ari and the team enough for making our family holiday so special. We will absolutely be staying here again — both with and without the kids! We couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

My Experience in Bali
The location is in a prime spot where shops are available for your needs. The beach is walking distance, which is great! The staff are all very polite, friendly and helpful in-house and on the concierge, Abus and Sapari, plus others. The atmosphere is warm. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The balcon is lovely. It would be nice to have fresh coconut water in the mornings. Value for money? - my husband won't tell me the cost. I would recommend. I would like to see seating offered to staff behind Reception areas, Concierge, Dining Reception. I don't think it right they have to stand all day when its not necessary, especially at night. We are all human beings and i know it must be absolutely tiring. Other than this, all is well
