Be very wary to stay here as our room constantly smelt of sewage and was mouldy and we got very sick
Our room smelt like sewage, everything was mouldy including the pillows, it was terrible so we needed to change it. My husband got bad Bali Belly there and didn't recover until we changed rooms. On returning to Australia I found out I had contracted Hepatitis A which our Health Department thinks it probably was from there. Please be wary to stay there, even though the facilities are great

A great hotel right on the beach.
A great hotel sitting right on the beach. Parma is large older style resort but beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Two wonderful swimming pools and a number of different restaurants as well as an all day bar menu. Live bands on the beach beside the Bamboo Beach Bar each night for entertainment as well as live cultural shows. The staff were amazing, so professional and friendly.
A short taxi ride or a long stroll along the boardwalk beachfront and we were at the ICON shopping centre along with many more restaurants and markets.
I stayed there with three female friends and we felt safe throughout our visit. We will definitely be back.

Prama Sanur Hotel
Comfortable hotel, kind staff, great location, reasonable price
Good stay great breakfast
This is mostly a family hotel I would say. Out of several breakfast buffets i visited in Bali i would say this was the best because they have traditional/local Indonesian options. As a vegan i could find tons of protein options too. There is a lot of walking to do so if you have a mobility problem this hotel is not the best for that. The pools are ok but I thought it's more oriented towards children. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. Has a bit of a 90s aesthetic. Its located right at the beach walking distance from all the Sanur things to do. They have an ATM and they change money for you. Also they have in-house drivers which were very helpful and nice.
