Exceptional customer service
The Meru Sanur is a wonderful resort. This was our first visit to Bali and we already plan to return next year. Staff are exceptional ensuring a trouble free holiday. Bella and Mary were marvellous catering to all our needs and enquiries. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Excellent stay and value
We recently stayed for 7 days at Bali Beach Hotel and found it great. The staff were outstanding without exception and couldn't do enough to assist when required. One minor exception was our room attendant who occasionally had to be asked to restock the basics. The breakfast buffet was probably one of the best we have ever had at any hotel, and if you wanted something that wasn't on display they would get it for you if possible. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were outstanding and always cheerful. The hotel has events on frequently and we attended a buffet and show on the beach. My only comment is that they should advertise these events more as we only observed them setting up on the beach and went to enquire what was happening. The show and food were great but we wouldn't have known about it unless we saw them getting ready. The in room tv is lacking in information. We also had an inclusive package that included cocktails and a massage but information about how and where to receive these things was not great. At check in a lot is going through your head and an information sheet providing some details about your inclusions would have been useful. This is a minor thing to us as we certainly had enough to do anyway. The location of the hotel is great and is served by a walkway along the beach front. Turn left and you head towards some great restaurants and right takes you to more eating places on thebeach plus the modern Icon shopping mall. The pool is huge and never felt crowded. The meals, drinks and service from the pool bar were excellent. We hadn't been to Bali since we stayed at this hotel about 32 years ago and we will be back as soon as we can.

Big but lovely hotel!
Wonderful hotel with a fantastic location. Staff were outstanding. Would definitely come again. Rooms all overlook the beach which is lovely!

🌟✨SANUR MERU BALI BEACH ✨🌟
Sanur Bali Beach Hotel is an absolute gem of a hotel, our room had spectacular water views, comfortable bed, and super soft bed linen. The dining experience here is top-notch. Breakfast was excellent with a fantastic variety, we had a superb dining experience at the Solea rooftop restaurant, which combines delicious Mediterranean food with an incredible vista over the Indian Ocean. What truly sets this resort apart is the service. The staff throughout the resort were exceptionally attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome at every turn. A special mention goes to Jeni at the reception desk, whose warm and seamless assistance during our checkout ended our holiday on the perfect note. Thank you, Lyn & Peter

A very nice place to stay
It is a lovely, clean and luxurious hotel where rooms offer sea views. The pool is very big and the water temperature is perfect. The staff is very friendly and professional. We came with friends (adults and teenagers) and first we were worried that we were not right in the centre of Sanur but in the end we preferred it. It is only a 10 minutes walk away following the coastal path from the Sanur shops, cafés and restaurants which meant we went out on a little walk every day and thoroughly enjoyed it. There are 4 restaurants in the hotel to choose from including one right by the beach and we enjoyed trying all of them. The food was the different menu choices were very good, also including choices for various dietary requirements. If you stay there, make sure you find out about all the activities the hotel offers at the start of your stay (yoga, bike hire etc...) as we only found out later on. I would stay there again as Sanur is nice, not too busy but with things to do, not too far from Ubud to discover all the popular touristic spots (waterfall, monkey forest etc...) and a good atmosphere.
