Fantastic Hotel.
What a beautiful hotel, with everything needed for a perfect stay at Sanur beach. We loved our stay and can't wait to return.
Check-in was a breeze and even though we arrived a little early, our room was ready and we were soon unpacked and on the beach. Our room was on floor 3 of the Bougenville Building, which is furthest from the lobby so nice and peaceful, and we were delighted with views of the ocean beyond the mature trees in the wonderful garden. We live in an extremely busy city so it was a real treat to enjoy the gentle background sound of the breeze and breaking waves.
Though our room was smaller than some we've stayed in (we prefer to say "cosy) it had everything we needed and was kept spotlessly clean thanks to the lovely Diana and the army of housekeepers who work so hard.
Breakfasts were plentiful, varied and delicious, and we were spoiled for choice each morning, so it's no wonder our jeans are a little tight right now.
We knew it would be busy as August is peak season, but we didn't experience any problems finding sun loungers in the shade, as it seems that very few guests played that old, familiar game, Sunbeds At Dawn. There were lots of families, it was great to see mums, dads, grandparents and kids enjoying themselves in the gorgeous pools, and we really appreciated the two adults' only pools, one at the beach, the other at the spa. The spa pool is a haven of peace and we spent a lot of time there most afternoons.
The gardens are truly stunning and the landscaping team are to be commended for keeping everything so beautiful.
All the staff were super friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed chatting with them, especially the lobby team, Yogi and the ladies at Piano Bar, where the cocktails are excellent and the atmosphere is perfect for a pre-dinner drink or sundowner.
Location is great as the beach path runs right outside, and there are heaps on restaurants nearby.
Hyatt Regency is the kind of hotel where there's something for everyone, all delivered with a certain degree of polish and we can't wait to return.

Lovely place to go for a holiday
Great location, staff really friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and everything we needed . Drinks by the pool is a lovely way to spend our days

Hyatt Regency Bali, a crown jewel
Wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Bali. The ambience and staff attention make it a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Always welcomed as esteemed friends. They are especially good at Globalist recognition and providing the benefits.

Our new Bali favourite
We stayed in the presidential suite and our butler was outstanding. The resorts facilities were impeccable. A highlight was the spa , gym area which included jacuzzi cold plunger sauna and steam rooms. This is our new Bali hotel
I'm sure this is Sanur's best.
Just the best place to stay / eat / lounge / swim on the Sanur coast. From the welcome to the gardens and the Beach BBQ, all the way to the drinks and snacks at the beach front cafe and the swimming pools... simply perfect.
