Had a great time here
A beautiful resort with a very relaxed vibe and really great food. The location is superb, right on the beach and close to shops & restaurants etc

We travelled from the Highlands in Scotland and stayed here for 12 nights all inclusive and have no regrets what so ever!
On arrival there was a wee bit of confusion between staff and ourselves about what was included in all inclusive package but it was very quickly resolved and the wonderful staff could not do enough for us at this fabulous hotel.
From the welcome you get on arrival until the time you leave is second to none. Rooms are spotless and comfortable with lots of storage space. The gardens are stunning to wander through and admire the trees, flowers and wildlife with ponds and fountains making it very tranquil. Food is amazing! Chefs are amazing, nothing is a bother! Leaving the best until last ..
The staff are a credit to this hotel! Each and every one whatever their role are dedicated and so happy to please every single guest at all times, they go above and beyond to please (but to be fair it sounds like the company are good to their staff 🥰)well done!
Special mentions to Yogi in the piano bar he’s an absolute gem, he shakes a mean cocktail and has a remedy to make you better when you’ve had one too many or just not right 😆(coconut milk, honey and lime/lemon) and all the guys who worked on the beach serving drinks and food constantly and always so polite, friendly but also up for a laugh . Adi, who managed everything and looked after us on our last day and Yoda for looking after us in the dining areas. We have stayed in a lot of hotels all over the world but this one has really touched our hearts and bellies!….. Diet starts Monday!
The superb Hyatt Regency Sanur Bali
The hotel was in an excellent location, beach on oneside with great bars and restaurants, town/shops/bars the other side. Upon entering the hotel, there was a welcome going and the staff made us feel very welcome. The room was of a very high standard, very clean, housekeeping worked really hard. The breakfast were amazing, so much choice, the piano bar and the pizzaria were great places to chill and eat great food and drink decadent. Overall our stay at the Hyatt regency has been one of the best holidays we’ve had.
Excellent property in Bali
Hyatt Regency Bali far exceeded my expectations. There’s a variety of experiences for everyone, excellent location. Beautiful property!
A great beach side hotel!
We booked a Premium double but didn’t realise these rooms are all on the ground floor which we didn’t want. We had to downgrade to a deluxe room but it was still an excellent room and had a partial (through the many trees) sea view which was nice. The hotel covers an enormous area and can take a while to navigate from the farthest out room to the amenities. This huge area is all beautiful well kept gardens full of exotic plants so is a pleasure to walk through. The pool area too covers a big area with several pools with great loungers, this extends to the beach which is really why the hotel is located here. All very beautiful. Food is excellent and you can use the next door sister hotel (Andaz) for restaurants too. Breakfast is superb with a big range of cuisines but ordering eggs to be brought to your table maybe after you have eaten everything else isn’t ideal. We ordered eggs benedict as service was immediate. Beautifully appointed if huge reception/bar area. Service from all members of staff was first class, attentive without being intrusive. Location is pretty good for accessing the shops in Sanur and there is a beach side walkway for a long way into the shopping areas. We loved it!
