I came here for a business event and got a warm welcome by their GRO Diah.. She was pretty helpful and served the best hospitality reflecting Indonesian culture. Recommended to stay for sure.
We enjoyed the 5 nights here, The seaside balcony room was great. Room is kept clean and the staff are all great. Plenty of amenities in walking distance on the street. There is still a decent local vibe at this end of Benoa. Beach was nice but the beach path was amazed by the recent rain. The pool is nice. Beach cafe pricing is a bit high given the location and budget style of a former Ibis. We found plenty of dining options along the street, including a good sports bar.
We stayed for a week to celebrate my birthday, and everything was exceptional. The room had a stunning sea view, and on my birthday, the staff completely surprised me by beautifully decorating my room with balloons and special touches just for me! The breakfast buffet was amazingly complete, and the pools were fantastic with a beautiful Bali style restaurant. A huge thank you to Ryan, Febri, and the entire team for their genuine hospitality—especially for thoughtfully bringing mint and lemon to our room when Greg felt unwell. We had an unforgettable week in Bali! Thanks so much 🤩
I stay for 1 night at Tijili, and it was great experience.
When i’m arrives , my expectation not so high , since the building exterior looks old and under maintenance from the outside.
But i really have great experience and good time after i enter the hotel.
Bed room very clean and comfortable, wifi works really well , tv can watch netflix, bathroom amenities also good.
Air conditioner very cool and very nice.
The bed and pillow very comfortable , bed sheet and pillow very clean and no dirty spot at all.
They have park in the middle of the hotel, swimming pool very nice, good for family and kid friendly.
Bar and restaurant on the beachside is wonderful, the live music at night is so amazing.
The bar and restaurant price is not so cheap. Cost around 159-300k per person if you consume alcohol beverage and heavy meal.
Staff very friendly , thanks to front office staff that help me to early check in. Also the GRO Ms.Febri that checking me if i have any problem.
The only downside is the beach , its dirty. Many dead seaweed and some plastic trash. It will be better if the resort hire some people to clean the beach like other resort at nusa dua area. Its very pack with tourist doing water sport.
f I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. We arrived completely exhausted after a long trip, only to find that our first room had a broken balcony door that wouldn't lock. Instead of moving us immediately, they sent a worker to fix it while we were inside, completely ruining any chance we had to rest. When they finally moved us to a second room, it had the exact same issue—the balcony door wouldn't lock. It wasn't until very late at night that they finally accommodated us in a third room. The entire property is incredibly old, run-down, and dirty. To make matters worse, the "spa" they advertise is practically non-existent. They just call an outside therapist to come in for appointments, and the air conditioning in the treatment room didn't even work. This place is filthy, disorganized, and a complete waste of money. This hotel must be closed for good!
