Dimmy is the best, he made the stay exceptional as he made us feel at home, calling each single one but his own name and i was surprised that he can remember the names this is a customized hospitality service which is really appreciated. Amazing stay in Bali , Sakala
We had a fantastic stay at Sakala Hotel Bali and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious rooms, excellent facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind.
What really made our stay special was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. A special thank you goes to Demmy, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests made a lasting impression and truly elevated our holiday.
The service throughout the hotel was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the pool and beach areas were perfect for relaxing. We would highly recommend Sakala Hotel Bali to anyone looking for a memorable stay with exceptional hospitality.

Hidden gem
A unique place to visit. Three pools one with a slide, lots of lounges and sea views from the Beach Club pool. While it’s tucked away it’s a great place to relax in. The staff are all amazing from Denny greeting you in reception, to Dwi helping seat you and get you coffee at breakfast and with out doubt the best omelette maker , who knows my order before I get it out Koming she’s amazing. Rooms are clean spacious with a bath, lounge area and patio.

Always an amazing experience coming to Sakala and the stay here is lovely! The staff is the most polite staff ever and the hospitality is great! A special shoutout to Demmy, what an entertaining and hospitable Man!! He adds an extra star and a special touch to the welcome and the stay here everytime!!
Perfect hospitality
I had a wonderful stay at Sakala Beach. The staff treated me with kindness and made me feel very welcome throughout my visit. The service was excellent, and everyone was friendly and professional.
