Wonderful resort.
We stayed 12 days at the resort for our 54th anniversary and found it to be as good as any resort that we have stayed at. Choice of pools, good dining options in house service was good.very special thanks to Rini, she was the highlight. There was nothing to much trouble for her, she looked after us for the whole duration of our stay and we think that she is an absolute credit to the resort,
Amazing hospitality
I had a wonderful stay at Sakala Resort Bali and truly enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and offers a great atmosphere to unwind and enjoy Bali.
I would especially like to mention Demmy, the Guest Experience Manager, who made my stay even more special. From the moment I arrived, he welcomed me in such a warm and genuine way. He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my entire stay.
What I appreciated most was that Demmy was always present and willing to help, whether it was answering questions, giving recommendations, or guiding me on how to make the most of my time at the resort. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests really made a difference.
Excellent hospitality and a great team overall. I would definitely recommend Sakala Resort Bali, and I hope to come back again soon. A special thank you to Demmy for making my stay such a memorable one! 🌴✨
Incredible hotel, incredible service, staff were amazing well worth going
Staff were incredible Aditya especially helpful. The ladies in the morning at breakfast, the staff in the restaurant in the night. Incredible. I have allergies and they all made sure I was ok. I was ill one morning and they sent breakfast to my room. Aditya was on hand every day and looked after us very well, including sorting a birthday cake out for my friend as a surprise. Our room was incredible we had a pool access room and loved it. The air con is amazing, no problems sleeping. Every day they did little touches such as leave us biscuits or fruit as a treat. We used the laundry service which was exceptional. Literally could not fault the hotel, staff, food, we did the breakfast and dinner option and paid for drinks in the day and that suited us. The gym was underused when I went but a very clean basic gym with a great view. We are going back with families as it was that good

Amazing Hospitality and Beautiful Rooms
It is one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. The welcome was warm and energetic, and the reception team was incredibly polite and professional. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Highly recommended!
Great experience at the Health Club, especially the gym and kitesurfing activities. Everything was well organized
I had a wonderful stay at The Sakala Resort Bali. The hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the Health Club is one of the highlights of my stay.
A special thanks to Aldy, the Gym Instructor at the Health Club, for his kindness, professionalism, and great support. He was always friendly, helpful, and made my experience at the gym even better.
