Check location before booking.
Beautiful hotel although not near any shopping. Free shuttle certain times of the day to the main shopping centre at Nusa Dua. Lots and lots plus lots of steps! We moved rooms from 3 to 17 as there was less steep steps to our villa. Apparently if you want the 2 bedroom villa which is up higher on the property there is even more steps. The restaurant is very small and the set menu was ok but not special. Don’t wait for the free following cocktails as they use arak. The three cocktails are one with grenadine, the next with curaçao and the third the 2 mixed together. Couldn’t drink any of them. I saying that they included beer (well we haven’t seen the bill yet). The staff are lovely. The rooms and your own private pool is a plus. I just miss a communal bar where you can relax and mix with other guests. Apparently the licence here does not allow one given the size of the hotel. Their sister hotel in Ubud does have a bar and an elevator. Note - my fitness level is medium but I was scared if the steps were wet I would slip.

Very friendly staff
Loved this villa. Very clean and staff were always very friendly and helpful when it came to luggage and any other enquiries.
Breakfast was always amazing and had many options for juice, coffee, food and pastries.
Will definitely come back here if i am staying in nusa dua again. Thank you to all the friendly and kind staff.
