This amazing hotel is located on Bali's southern peninsula, just 15 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport via the Bali Mandara toll road. The hotel has welcomed kings and queens, presidents and other dignitaries over the years. The resort features a wonderful outdoor pool area and direct beach access where guests are able to relax sunbathing or having a refreshing swim in a sunny and warm day. It resembles a Balinese palace with complete Spa facilities, delicious delights along with an enjoyable atmosphere, meeting rooms for business meetings or other private events, lovely gardens among other splendid facilities. Each guestroom is decorated with authentic Balinese furnishing and offers all the needed amenities for an unforgettable experience.

Nusa Dua Beach beautiful experience
The hotel is beautifully situated in Nusa Dua area super safe and clean. The beach is shared with all Nusa Dua hotels and they were very well maintained. I am very impressed with the hotel interior and exterior especially the Gapura or Balinese gate with the impressive garden landscape. The superior king room was so beautiful and well lit including a very comfortable king size bed, wooden floors gleaming. Super love the outdoor bar area with Moroccan inspired exterior serenaded at night while having your drinks. The food in Tamarind restaurant especially the dinner menu was super good too. We had some issues during check in and some areas with my All Accor membership but were all sorted fast by Mr Ardha and his team. They even gave us a lovely birthday cake and flowers for my daughter’s birthday today as a surprise. Duty Manager Ms Puri also bid us goodbye and addressed some issues and feedback that I gave them. I also gave an input to make a bit of variety for breakfast buffet especially we stayed here for a week. The service recovery was the most important and I give them the credit since they made our stay very comfortable and happy regardless of mishaps. We will surely come back again! Thank you to all the team of Nusa Dua Beach hotel for a lovely stay.
Not worth the money
I have been to better places. Everything is excluded, even after taking a palace club membership. They make you fill a form on allergies, but no preparation accordingly. Had to complain to get something for myself in the buffet.
The location is okay, but other resorts have better beaches.
Subpar given the high price.
The atmosphere and crowd is okay, but I doubt if people would repeat.
Rooms are somewhat okay, just that service takes time. Flush was leaking, on complaining, they were kind enough to fix it.
An Absolute 10/10 – A Masterclass in Balinese Hospitality
My stay at the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa (Handwritten Collection) was again of the spectacular kind. It's my second time in 2 years and it continues exceeding my expectations on every front.
Room & Accor Recognition I originally booked a Palace Club room but was incredibly fortunate to be upgraded to a phenomenal Palace Club Suite. The hotel flawlessly delivered on all loyalty benefits, including the Accor Explorer+ perks. The recognition felt effortless and genuinely appreciated.
The Palace Club Experience The atmosphere at the Palace Club is perfectly curated—it feels remarkably comfortable, safe, warm, and cozy. It is such a welcoming experience. A massive thank you to the Palace Club Manager, Nona, who is an absolute star, alongside Yudha Suniati, and the rest of the team who consistently elevated the days with their genuine warmth and attention to detail.
The Dining Experience* Every single restaurant on the property is top-tier, with impeccable service and absolutely zero subpar meals throughout the entire stay. A highlight was the buffet during the "A Taste of Bali" cultural show and the Mexican dinner at Cabana. The F&B Manager, Donna, and Chef Faizal are doing an extraordinary job alongside the rest of the team! The new signature cocktail menu at the lobby bar is great fun —the Delgado is an absolute must-try!
Exceptional Service While the sheer number of incredible staff members makes it hard to name everyone, a few individuals truly took this trip to the next level. Arini, the Room Division Manager, was absolutely fantastic and made sure everything ran seamlessly. Down at the concierge, Agus, Stiawan, and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful, while Hernan in housekeeping kept everything immaculate. Again the Palace Club Staff needs mentioning as they continue to provide a truly warm and welcoming feel!
Meaningful Community Impact Beyond the luxury and comfort, I was deeply moved by the hotel's active support for the Pencils for Kids initiative. It is a fantastic cause, and I am incredibly grateful to the team for allowing us to participate in preparing the school bags. It added such a meaningful layer to the vacation.
This hotel is a true gem in Bali. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

6 nights of luxury
Excellent location & friendly atmosphere. We were treated a little special as returning guests which was appreciated. All meals were 1st class & the staff super helpful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location, the most friendly staff possible, great food and drinks, quite affordable, very clean. The cheap rooms are very basic so don’t have high expectation for them you may aswell spend that extra cash. Goodluck getting a pool side chair, your best bet is to get one down by the beach or get down to the pool straight after Brekky.
