Excellent Bakanise Hitel
Love this hotel. The staff Arini and her team in Accor and All the staff in the service sections of the hotel are excellent .Always a friendly smile and so happy to help us.A special mention to Loris at Accor and Sumerti and Aryethi at breakfast service, who are all exceptional Arini exceeds in all areas of service, and is a beautiful person.The hotel is an amazing example of Balinese warmth and hospitality and we will see you again soon
Memorable for all the right reasons
Highlight of our stay so far has been the lovely staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Particular thanks to our room boy Mayun who is ever helpful & zealous.
Food review
The food was so delicious, and the service was excellent! The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. We really enjoyed our romantic dinner here, and having a cute cat keeping us company made the experience even more special. 🐱❤️ Such a lovely and memorable evening. Definitely would come back again! ✨
