Great vacation
We have an incredible experience. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very nice and clean. The food was very good. I really recommend it.
Fantastic stay in Bali
Enjoy a fantastic stay in a beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere 😊 staff was so friendly especially Leon who was great with local knowledge and places to see 😊
Avoid this Hotel
We have just visited this hotel, when we arrived we thought WOW but then realised it needs a good refurbishment. The breakfast is average, coffee was lukewarm warm. The cushions on the sunbeds and sitting areas are all stained. At the restaurant the coloured chairs were filthy I’m glad I didn’t wear white! The hotel room wasn’t very clean and definitely not a 5 Star, the furniture looked like it needed throwing out. One day they were airing a mattrew it was absolutely filthy, how I slept the last 2 nights is beyond me. The beach is a big let down doesn’t look like it does on the hotel’s website. Unfortunately we will not be returning and I would recommend it to any of my customers. I will say the staff were extremely helpful and polite and I would give them 5 out of 5!
A great reset for a week.
This is more of a 4.5 star review. We usually stay in Seminyak but with our children decided to take advantage of a Luxury Escapes voucher. First of all, the staff are incredibly kind, considerate and genuinely interested in your experience. We had an interconnecting room on the garden side which we all loved. The grounds and hotel are gorge, bur keep in mind the age of the hotel when booking. Cleanliness, facilities, excellent! If you want 5 star you’ll have to pay for it. And I don’t think you’d get the personalised service. The only, only issue we had was the LE vouchers being scrutinised time and time again when we’d clarified with reception staff and certainly did not mean to rort the system. Overall t was a brilliant holiday. Thank you.
