Hotel near Seminyak. Excellent
Loved this place. Great pool by the beach but a central pool set out of the wind. Really lovely. Rooms were great. Staff excellent. Massages in their spa were excellent. I wouldn’t take up their packages on food or drinks as the menu choices are too restrictive. The full Menu and drinks list are great and not too expensive. Service was prompt.

My stay for the second time, at the Novotel Bali Benoa was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism that continued throughout my entire stay.
A special thank you to the incredible front office team, housekeeping staff, and food and beverage team. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, with an impressive variety of delicious options and exceptional service each morning.
I would particularly like to acknowledge Maya, the Front Office Manager. Her kindness, compassion, and genuine care for guests are truly remarkable. She is an absolute credit to the hotel and exemplifies the highest standard of hospitality.
My Tropical Garden Terrace Suite was magnificent. The room was immaculately clean, beautifully appointed, and offered a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquility. The luxurious free-standing bath, incredibly comfortable bedding, and attention to detail throughout the suite made it a pleasure to return to each day.
The resort itself is simply stunning. The pool areas are beautifully maintained, inviting, and perfect for relaxation. Everywhere you look, there is a sense of elegance and opulence, yet the atmosphere remains warm and welcoming.
Novotel Bali Benoa has created something truly special—a resort that combines beautiful surroundings with outstanding service delivered by genuinely caring people. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and look forward to returning in the future.

Magical Relax experience
Me and my best friend took the romeo juliet massage with Puspa and Weri . They were so helpful, incredibly kind people. The atmosphere was magical. We feel like newborn babies. Their services, cleanliness and environment was so calming. They were very respectful and lovely. Thank you Puspa and Weri <3
