Beautiful resort and wonderful staff, but Suite 4111 has a noise problem
We’ve really enjoyed our stay at Merusaka. The resort is beautiful, everything is very well maintained and the staff have been consistently friendly, helpful and welcoming.
We’re staying in two bedroom Suite 4111 with a private pool and the suite itself is excellent. My main criticism is its location. The outdoor pool area faces a large air conditioning system which seems to run pretty much 24/7. The constant mechanical noise really takes away from what should be a peaceful and relaxing outdoor space. Unfortunately the noise can also be heard from inside the bedrooms, so there’s really no getting away from it.
For me personally I found the noise bloody annoying, particularly when sitting outside by the pool. It seems a strange thing to have immediately opposite a private pool area in an otherwise lovely resort.
There’s also a slightly bizarre electrical quirk in Suite 4111. Some of the light switches in one bedroom actually control lights in the bedroom opposite. We eventually worked out what was going on and it became oddly entertaining, although I’m not entirely sure that was part of the original design!
Apart from those quirks, our experience at Merusaka has been very positive and the staff in particular have been terrific.

Can not recommend this hotel enough
We had an amazing stay and cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service we received. The hotel itself was beautiful, but what truly made our experience memorable were two outstanding duty managers, Angga and Gusti. They showed a level of kindness, compassion and professionalism that went far beyond anything we expected. They are a credit to the hotel. Their kindness is something our family will never forget. Thank you for making our stay so special.
Wonderfull moment at the villa
Nice place especially the villa and the wonderfull lagoun. The service was perfect, the villa very clean and a very quiet place. All that was missing was a mosquito net.

A beautiful relaxing holiday
I have been enjoying this Hotel since way before Covid when it was called the Inaya Putri hotel. The hotel is ideally set on the beach surrounded by magnificent grounds, pools & gardens. The staff are exceptional and all you need do is ask for what ever assistance you need. They go out of their way to ensure your stay is memorable. There is a great selection of restaurants in and around the hotel. Their spa facilities are amongst the very best in hotels in Bali. The therapists are friendly and experienced. For a strong or relaxing massage by an experienced and professional I have always requested Yulia. She knows how to find the aches & sore spots and you leave relaxed and ready to enjoy your holiday. Dont forget to leave a few of dollars tip. The staff appreciate it.
Exceptional Family Stay – Beautiful Resort & Amazing Pool Access Room!
We had an exceptional six-night family stay at MERUSAKA Nusa Dua, and it was the perfect start to our Bali vacation!
The resort is absolutely beautiful, with stunning beachfront surroundings, spacious swimming pools, excellent facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained.
Our Pool Access Room was one of the highlights of our stay. Having direct access to the swimming pool from our room was incredibly convenient and made our experience even more enjoyable, especially while travelling with our young daughter.
The staff were outstanding throughout our stay — genuinely friendly, welcoming, attentive, and professional. We also enjoyed the breakfast options, the beautiful beach, and the relaxing atmosphere.
The entire experience exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t find anything to complain about and would highly recommend MERUSAKA Nusa Dua to families and couples looking for a memorable Bali getaway.
