The entire experience was amazing. Amazing food, views, staff. We loved all the activities and Wira in the kids club was great
Great Resort…..Something Missing
Nice location with access to the beach. A lot of facilities are available onsite but also available off site. The resort has great facilities and the staff are all super friendly and can’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. We were not ‘all inclusive’ and consequently we went off site to eat and socialise. The main observations I would make is that many of the facilities on site were very quiet….not sure whether other guests were perhaps eating off site. There was a lack of atmosphere and entertainment available in the evening. As a couple with no family there were a lot of children which made the pool area noisy including children screaming. It has to be said that the facility is not advertised as adults only.

Long time returning customers
5th stay at melia nusa dua. Unfortunately its lost a lot of its charm by culling all the trees on the beachfront. Food was a let done by previous visits standards. Very busy. Waiting 30mins + for cocktails at some bars. Don't even have a mee Goreng on there lunch menu anymore.. Rooms and water park is great. Just a real let down, not the same experience anymore.

Excellent work
Wonderful service from Gus Eka and Agus Angga. They kept our room lovely and tidy and excited our kids by making animals with the clean towels! Great work!
