Fabulous family break
We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Benoa Bali and would happily recommend it to families.
From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warm service really added to our stay.
We stayed in interconnecting rooms, which worked perfectly for our family. The rooms were comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The gym was also great, and we really enjoyed the breakfast each morning, with plenty of choice for everyone.
A special mention absolutely has to go to the Kids Club, which was fantastic. Our 7 and 10 year olds have never been particularly interested in going to kids clubs at other hotels, but they couldn't get enough of this one! They were constantly asking when they could go back, which gave us some wonderful opportunities to relax and enjoy the resort too.
Ina, Dewi, Lia and Lana were all amazing with the girls. They were so friendly, caring and engaging, and it was lovely to see how comfortable and happy our children were with them. They really went above and beyond to make the kids' experience special.
Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and couldn't fault the service. The combination of lovely facilities, private beach access, friendly staff and an exceptional Kids Club made Holiday Inn Benoa Bali a fantastic choice for our family. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, facilities and service. We stayed with our family of five and had a blast. Would highly recommend for family’s to stay! The staff especially were so friendly, kind and helpful.

Big thanks to all staff at Holiday Inn Nusa dua it was so great stay with all amazing people especially shelly who can speak chinese and thank you for assistance also information was helpful. I also him can arrange me late check due my flight was late. The breakfast was good and my room everyday clean very clean and tidy. Thank you for all the staff.
Family fun
We are a family group of 14 people from 6 months of age to 64 .Arriving greeted by smiling faces from valets ,Shelly at reception , room keepers . Breakfast waiters , Bar staff dinner staff,pool towel staff. Rooms ,pools ,toilets very clean resort catered for all our needs.

Friendly staff
Thank you so much shelly for your caring action and also your arrangement. Shelly is one of the staff can speak chinese I’m happy to meet she. When check out I cannot get late check out but shelly and all the staff at FO was amazing they arrange me to keep the luggage and give me shower room. The atmosphere was so good and I love this hotel.
