Wonderful !!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough!
The biggest highlight for our family was the Kids Club. Our children didn’t want to leave—even after three days! A huge thank you to Dewi, Diah, Lia, Hera, and Iva. They were incredibly kind, gentle, caring, and attentive with our children. Every day they organized fun and creative activities, and our kids were genuinely excited to go back each morning. As parents, it gave us complete peace of mind.
Every single staff member we met was warm, smiling, attentive, and genuinely friendly. We even enjoyed chatting with them and learned a few Indonesian phrases thanks to their kindness and patience!
The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, spotless, and very practical for families. Everything is well maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you arrive.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We truly felt at home, and we will definitely be back!

Great stay
Balinese massage by Yani was fantastic as well as pedicure and manicure. Hotel staff always helpful especially Mike at front desk reception. Away the bartender was excellent with making my cocktails excellent service. My rooms view was amazing as well as the size of the room. Would definitely stay here again when I visit Bali. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Ps breakfast was also fantastic.

Family Oriented Hotel
Hard to fault anything at this hotel. Outstanding staff that stay on top of everything. Great size modern rooms. Beautiful pools with swim up bar. Nice sandy beach area with umbrellas & lounges. Huge breakfast selection with dining inside & out. Very much a family oriented hotel with a kids club. As a couple in our 50’s we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’d seriously consider staying here again when looking at Nusa Dua.
