It was great last year , but not so much this year. Place was really busy and service was really slow. Food is great when they get it right. A little sad with this year’s experience as we really enjoyed it last year.
Amazing experience, exceeded expectations. Food was so good and location was fantastic. Only down side was the over crowding at the pool and people hogging lounges for the day even if they were not using them. Definitely need more places to sit around the pool.
Beautiful resort with lovely staff and great facilities. Special shout out to the Grand Club Pool staff Ari, Dasana and Pari who made our stay extra special!
This resort is a great resort, you can see they are renovating the external and it is great, the staff are fantastic and very accomodating.
The only let down is the rooms, we had a suite expecting them to be great, the size of the suite was good, thats where it ended, not 1 usb charging port, for a hyatt in this day in age should be a standard rooms look like they have not been renovated in 20 years and is now showing, only 1 elevator to service 4 towers is also a dissapointment, as you feel you are walking a mile past everyones room just to get to the elevator.
The location is really good close to bali collection. The drinks and food package is great, but after a while you notice the lack of varity on offer.
Overall as a couple with older children we had a good time. The resort was huge, different restaurants and pools and was right on the beach. We had the all inclusive deal which was amazing along with the staff. You just have to book dinners as soon as you arrive would be my tip. It was across the road from large shopping centre and Nusa Dua being a gated area seemed safe and less hectic. The only thing we found is that there were a high number of families with young kids, so if you are after a quite resort this is not it. The grounds are huge and overall we had a good time.
