great besides a couple of minor language barrier moments
most staff are fantastic or though did have an unpleasant experience with reception staff when changing to an upgrade club room and then again at the club room lounge where apparently if you upgrade to club room it doesn't include the club room facilities go figure!! the pool staff at the club pool area were on the other hand outstanding and would definitely recommend the upgrade this is our 5th time at Grand Hyatt and would recommend the resort to anyone, it was a shame that there were, what appeared to a language barrier with the reception staff or a lack of service or training when dealing with customers again, is saying that, except the 2 incidents' with reception and the club room venue (which i think maybe be linked) would stay at the Grand hyatt for sure
great for families.
This is a great hotel, especially if you have children. It has exceptional gardens and the food is great. There are 5 areas to choose from for food. It has shopping next door at the Bali Collection. The staff are all lovely. The rooms are a bit dated but they are quite large. The negatives are the pool is full of children and there are not enough sunbeds to lie on during the day. The beach is not swimabale at low tide. Whatever you do , DO NOT book through Luxury Escapes. It is far cheaper booking with the hotel direct.
Great location for a family holiday.
Fantastic location for a family holiday. We had 7 adults and 5 little ones (6 and below) in our group and everyone enjoyed the resort. Great facilities, food and drink and super friendly staff. Will definitely go back

Fantastic holiday at the Grand Hyatt Nusa Dua. The room was great, so much space for myself, my husband and our 2 children. The pool areas were fantastic. We had such a lovely time and especially enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. The grounds are beautiful. Our room opened onto gardens with ponds where the ducks came every morning and evening. The food was amazing. Absolutely zero issues the whole holiday. We did all inclusive and would highly recommend. Our kids loved kids club (age 3 and 7). Staff were excellent.

Gardens of Bali
Paradise like resort with gorgeous gardens, small waterfalls, flowers, fish, free birds and squirrels. The gym, the table tennis, tennis courts, just wow. Breakfast super diverse, even though we were a little disappointed about our omelets, but it’s a minor detail. The care and attention of the staff after our son was injured in surfing accident was very warm. Beach is beautiful, and very walkable. And we also loved the photoshoot! Very professional, amazing! Big thanx!
