The Sands - great holiday

The Stones
We had a wonderful stay at this Hotel, which is in a great location, close to Beachwalk Shopping Centre, restaurants and right in front of the beach. There is plenty of hustle and bustle, making it a lively and convenient place to stay. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by ALL staff. Their friendliness and attention to detail truly made a difference to our experience. A special mention goes to RYAN, whose outstanding customer service deserves every bit of praise. He is a real credit to the hotel! Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool, and the room was very clean and service daily. Fantastic breakfast too. All food is cooked fresh. The only downside is that you need to get to the pool early to secure a sun lounge, otherwise you may miss out. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. High recommended!!!

excellent stay at the stones hotel.....rooms very clean and comfortable..the pool amazing and the staff were the standout of our holiday....so friendly welcoming and attentive...location about 10-15 min walk to shops but directly opposite beach..we stayed for 9 nights....

Wonderful Bali stay
We had a wonderful holiday at the Stones. Very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful buffet breakfast and huge shout out to Ryan for making some memorial moments for us on our anniversary.
