After a few hiccups we were finally settled in a satisfactory room One thing that stood out was the exceptional service from their staff They were definitely five stars

Great staff and services
We stayed at Pullman for 5 days with 2 kids under 5. We had a great time. They accommodated our all requests. Also gave a surprise on my and daughter’s birthday. Staff went beyond to even arrange balloons for my little one. Really recommend staying there. Staff and services are excellent.

Our stay at Pullman was truly wonderful, and a huge part of that was thanks to Arya.
From the moment we arrived until our departure, Arya consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. No matter the request or challenge, he always found a solution with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine smile. His dedication, attention to detail, and willingness to help made us feel truly valued as guests.
It is honestly thanks to Arya that our stay became so memorable. He did everything he could to ensure we had the best possible experience, and his exceptional service exceeded all our expectations.
Pullman is very fortunate to have such an outstanding team member. Thank you, Arya, for making our stay unforgettable. We will always remember your kindness and hope to come back again!
Family Gathering
We had a family gathering at the Pullman all my kids and grandkids across 5 rooms, the hotel managed all our requests with great enthusiasm, special mention to Astiti - she has helped me many times in the past and always manages to get everything right. She’s incredibly easy to deal with and thoroughly professional.
My Ravi, is a very visible manager, he always greats you warmly and asks if there’s anything he can do for you.
Overall it’s a well run resort, some of the rooms are old and need a refurb.
