Wonderful staff, great hotel
We have thoroughly enjoyed the Mecure the staff are so wonderful, Ita has been such a pleasure and is really kind and friendly! The Mecure is such a central location and is a neat and tidy hotel, the rooms are spacious as well, we would stay again and thank you Ita for your wonderful service.

Great Location Legian Hotel
Spent a few days here at the start of our trip. The location really is great and one of the reasons I booked it. Positives: great location, restaurants, laundry, money changing, markets and bars all within the corner it sits on. The customer service staff at the front desk were really lovely and helpful Negatives: room booked wasn't supplied and also wasn't mentioned to me on check in, ended up paying for an upgrade. Beds are really hard. Hotel decided to do maintenance work at midnight and only stopped when enough people complained that it woke them up.

Good
Absolutely love it the stuff was amazing, however there was a small in the room which they were kind enough to change our room with another. Location is good strongly suggested.
