Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful
Suci has been very very helpful. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean. The swimming pool is well-maintained and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
the hotel was very clean and quiet, i love to stay here.
Good experience stay here. I want to comeback here
We stayed at Sono Belle for 6 nights, and unfortunately, it was our first and last time staying here.
Firstly, we had complimentary transport included in our package. This was organised and confirmed the day before, yet no one showed up. When we eventually made it to the resort ourselves, the staff showed very little concern and made us feel as though we were the problem. The lack of care and customer service was extremely disappointing.
The breakfast was stale and terrible, so we made a complaint. To be fair, the person in charge was apologetic, seemed genuinely willing to make changes, and invited us back for breakfast the following morning. It was better, I guess, but the initial experience left a bad impression.
The rooms are spacious and lovely, but the bathrooms are another story, with what looked like spack filler smeared everywhere. The resort itself is run-down and desperately needs major renovations to bring it up to an acceptable standard.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. Between the transport fiasco, poor breakfast and neglected condition of the resort, I honestly couldn’t wait to leave and move on to our next accommodation.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend Sono Belle, and we certainly won’t be returning.
