The location is the best in the mall, Kuta beach is just in front of it, the cleanliness is maintained, hot water is smooth, gallons of mineral water are provided, it's a shame the towels aren't white enough, it's time to change them, all the guards are friendly. It will be one of my regular hotels

Great staff, top location for family and solo seeking living in a mall area.
Great value, great location, great facilities, great service
Consistently fantastic. I've stayed here 3 times over the last 3 years. Each time, we are greeted by wonderful customer service, great shower pressure and heat, clean air, great air conditioning, cosy pillows and comfortable bedding. I have no qualms, no notes, will continue to revisit every stay.
