Great friendly resort in a perfect location
We were a group staying in June/july Great place to stay. Good value for money. Location is perfect. Yani is always a great help when booking and during our stay. Nina is fantastic too. Intan is warm and welcoming as always when heading to breakfast. Breakfast has a good variety
Truntum 10/10
Everything has been amazing, friendly staff especially Eddy for house keeping. He makes towel animals for the kids each day, it’s a high light to come back and see what he has created. Pools are great, location is perfect. All in all 10/10
Amazing family holdiay
Very happy with our stay at truntum. Adjoining room was perfect for our family of 5. Absolutely excellent house keeping service by the very happy and friendly staff member Eddie. He did an amazing job in looking after our rooms and making us feel at home. 10/10 service

I would like to give a huge thank you to Ari for providing absolutely outstanding service during my stay. Ari is a credit to the hotel, and the care, pride and attention to detail shown in keeping my room immaculate have been exceptional.
Every day, I returned to a beautifully clean, fresh and welcoming room. Ari consistently went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, and the friendly attitude, professionalism and genuine care made a real difference to my overall experience.
It is the little things that make a big difference, and Ari certainly understands that. Staff members like Ari are what make a hotel stay truly memorable and give guests a reason to return.

Location, Location, Location
Set right on the beach in Kuta makes for a great location. Very close to a plethora of restaurants, bars and shopping. We had a pool access room, which was really handy for an early morning swim. The buffet breakfast was quite good and the staff were exceptional. We had a few seperate issues in our room and the staff sorted the problems promptly and professionally. I would recommend this hotel especially for families with young children
