Super nice service
I was extremely impressed with the hotel staff. After checking in, I injured my foot and found it difficult to move around, but the employees provided tremendous support. Since I couldn't go out, they bought me medical patches and continuously delivered ice packs to the restaurant for cooling during the first 48 hours after the injury. The hotel slippers were very thin—only disposable flip-flops and toe sandals—which I couldn't wear due to my injured foot. The staff went out of their way and personally purchased a pair of proper slippers for me at their own expense, delivering them right to my room. I was truly touched. The front desk staff helped carry my luggage, and all the employees were incredibly kind—assisting with bags and taxi arrangements. I'm so grateful to Diah, Vani, and Dio; they are genuinely wonderful and amazing people.

Tribe hotel experience was amazing. Such a nice stuff and such a nice area. It was front of tge beach and closer to shopping mall. We loved it

Had a wonderful experience from my stay in tribe Kuta. Specially thanks Sudana and Jaya for making the stay memorable, assist in hassle free check in and packing breakfast for my diving trip in the morning.

The room was kept exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and every request was handled promptly and efficiently. The attention to detail and dedication Tan provided was excellent customer service.This made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for your hard work and hospitality—I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
