Absolutely amazing sunrise yoga experience!
The 6 AM yoga session with Lanang at Anvaya Beach was honestly one of the most beautiful ways to start the day in Bali. Practicing yoga right on the beach in the early morning, with the sound of the ocean and the peaceful atmosphere, was such a special experience.
Lanang was an amazing instructor. he explained and demonstrated every movement really well and made sure everyone could follow at their own level. He was very attentive, adapted the exercises to individual needs and created such a calm, positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the whole session.
I felt completely comfortable and relaxed, and the location directly on the beach made it even more magical. ππ π§ββοΈ
Definitely one of my highlights at The Anvaya Beach Resort. I would 100% recommend the morning yoga session with Lanang to anyone staying here. Thank you, Lanang, for this wonderful experience! πβ¨
