Good but should be better!
We stayed here for 5 nights in July. The resort is in perfect location, right across Kuta beach and attached to beachwalk mall, nice restaurants and good massage places. Poppies lane is also within walking distance.
Rooms are spacious, though bit dated but well maintained. Service staff always greets you with a smile.
Breakfast buffet has wide spread, but service was a bit if miss and hit for us. Ordered freshly made waffle, waited for 10+ mins and was given a cold waffle. When asked they said "Oh you ordered a fresh one?" Why would I wait for 10 mins for a waffle that is not fresh!? They made a fresh one though but was surprised how they refused to own up. On another morning, we were given an omelette we never ordered, had to return and felt sorry for one who ordered and was waiting!
Room service was again not so good for us. They always forgot to restock tea bags or lotions in the room, had to call to get it. On our last day, they forgot to keep the hand towels in the bathroom, felt that was bit off! Shared these with the manager while checking out. Hope they can improve on it.
Overall, a mixed kind of experience. You can't beat the location for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is excellent—just steps away from Kuta Beach, with beautiful ocean views that made every morning and sunset even more special. It’s also conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and everything we needed during our trip.
What truly made this stay unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the team went above and beyond by preparing a beautifully decorated room along with a delicious anniversary cake. The thoughtful surprise made my wife incredibly happy and turned an already special occasion into a memory we’ll always cherish. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay enjoyable.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a fantastic view of the ocean. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing despite being in the heart of Kuta.
Considering the quality of the accommodations, service, and location, the value for money is outstanding. We highly recommend Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort to anyone visiting Bali, whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a relaxing beach vacation. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary so memorable—we look forward to returning in the future!

Great location, across from the beach Connected to the mall Great staff, excellent hospitality . On the other hand, they are some mistakes at restaurants staff because the didn’t know english very well . The breakfast was good, but it didn’t offer much variety.
Excellent Service and Professional Hospitality
I had a very pleasant stay and would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Vivi, who checked me in and made sure I was nicely set up, as well as to Mr. Mohammed and the entire team for their excellent service. Their hospitality, professionalism, and thoughtful follow-up made the experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
It is always the small details and genuine care that make a stay memorable, and this team clearly delivered on that. Many thanks again for a wonderful experience. I would gladly recommend this place to others.
Kuta is a busy and lively area, which was exactly what I was looking for during this trip. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing stay without much exploring or moving around, it may not be the ideal area for you. Personally, I really enjoyed it.
Excellent service, rooms good enough, need improvement on kids activities/facilitities

The room is good enough as a rated 5-star resort. Location is perfect if you have business/scheduled events/actiivities along the streets of Pantai Kuta, this is the best location, aside from the fact that it is conveniently connected to Beach Walk Mall.
My 10-year-old daughter had an orchestra camp and concert at the Stones Hotel that’s why we need to be in this area. We have previously tried Aloft 2x - good for its price but the rooms are too small. We’ve tried Wyndham - excellent staff but horrible property, do not even try. Checked the Stones Hotel too, but rooms are not as good Sheraton. Sheraton is well maintained. The hotel staff are all excellent, professional and amazing.
One thing that needs improvement is their kids club and activities. It is quite subpar as compared to Hard Rock Hotel which is just beside Sheraton. We also have 4 and 2 year old kids and the pool area and kids club is underwhelming. Hard Rock’s de luxe rooms are quite cheaper as compared to Sheraton.
Along the streets of Pantai Kuta, Sheraton would be one of the best. But Nusa Dua’s options for 5 star hotels are way better especially for kids. If you’re just visiting Bali with kids for tourism, I do not suggest staying in Kuta, unless you have business/engagements there. Too crowded, heavy traffic and not much 5 star hotel options. We live in Bali so we’ve almost tried all hotels in different areas here. Prices are also more competitive in Nusa Dua. Take for example Hilton Resort, amazing for kids, bigger property, better private beach, amazing kids club, good restaurants and the price is almost the same as in Sheraton.
If you’re more into higher end resorts, St. Regis Nusa Dua is also amazing.
