Great experience
Great location, everyone is so cordial and hospitable. The rooms are fine, quite comfortable. the atmosphere is very chilling. A mix of tropical vibe in a starred hotel. The staffs come and ask for any support. They have great communication skills and marketing. Overall people of Indonesia are very supportive with smile. They try to understand people and with open heart they support.

Excellent experience
We are still staying in room 260 and came here to celebrate our son’s tenth birthday. We have had a wonderful stay with delicious breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent service throughout. A special mention to Yulia at the breakfast wok, who welcomes us every time with a warm smile and a genuinely caring approach. She consistently goes above and beyond to exceed our expectations and makes our mornings even more enjoyable.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable!
