Great Location, Spacious Apartments & Excellent Service – Just Skip the Breakfast
We recently stayed in a two-bedroom apartment at Beachwalk Residences, Kuta, and overall had a really enjoyable stay.
On arrival, we were allocated a ground-floor apartment (1F) opposite the pool with garden views. Unfortunately, there was a very strong sewage smell coming from the main bathroom toilet. It was so bad that we had to keep the bathroom door shut, place a towel along the bottom of the door, and report it to reception. To the staff’s credit, they were understanding and moved us to a third-floor apartment the following morning, which was a huge improvement and had no issues.
The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for the three of us. Having separate bedrooms made it ideal when travelling with older kids who appreciate having their own space. The only minor maintenance issue was a flickering light above the bed in the second bedroom, but it wasn’t a major problem.
Breakfast is served at the adjoining YELLO Hotel, and this was probably the biggest disappointment of our stay. The buffet was quite limited and seemed to cater more towards local tastes, with very few Western breakfast options. After the first morning, we chose to eat breakfast elsewhere each day.
One of the biggest highlights is the location. Being directly connected to Beachwalk Shopping Centre is incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and easy access to Kuta Beach just a short walk away.
Despite the issue with our first room, we appreciated how quickly the staff resolved it. Overall, Beachwalk Residences offers clean, comfortable, and spacious accommodation in an unbeatable location. We’d happily recommend it to families or anyone wanting a central base in Kuta, especially those travelling with older children who need a little extra room. *only had a video of the rooms forgot to take photos the rooms were clean and spacious

We love this place. Perfect location with amazing apartments and facilities. Friendly staff and a really great place to step back from the busy street but still be in tue heart of Kuta.

The location was really convienient and connected to the mall. The apartments are clean and spacious, very appropriate for sharing. We had breakfast at their sister property, Yello hotel and it was adequate for the price. I would highly recommend this hotel fpr your stay in Kuta.

Back Again and Even Better. Our Stay in the 3-Bedroom Grand Suite
This was our second stay, and once again the experience was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful, perfectly located for getting around while still being calm and relaxing, and the rooms are exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional staff. Everyone was welcoming and attentive, with a special thank you to Agus and Esty, whose warmth and professionalism made our stay truly memorable. A consistently excellent hotel that we highly recommend and will definitely return to.
