The best family holiday we have been on ever. Couldn’t recommend it enough. We got a room upgrade. The staff were beyond lovely. Cannot wait to return next year. Also the best weather the whole 8 days we were there

Perfect Family Holiday
We stayed at Dynasty for 6 nights and had the absolute best time! We had a lagoon pool room and were so happy with it. We loved that we could fit all 5 of us in the one room. The price was great and we appreciated all the extra bonuses in the voucher booklet. The hotel was lovely and plenty of great food and drink options. Our kids enjoyed Kids Club a few times and even when not there, we barely saw them. Most of all, every single staff member was amazing. Whether they were cleaning our rooms, tending to the gardens or serving us drinks by the pool, all had a smile on their faces and tried to get to know is and our family. It is in a great location (close to Waterbom and airport) and wasn't too busy inside or outside for our young family (9, 5 and 10 months). We are so sad we have had to leave, but wouldn't hesitate to come back or refer to friends! Thank you for a wonderful time!
First trip to Bali & did NOT disappoint
First time travelling to Bali & very happy with our decision to stay at Dynasty. Close to the airport, good walking distance to shops & resort facilities did not disappoint. We ate in most restaurants at the resort and the food was delicious! Staff always friendly & very attentive. Family room with bunks was perfect (5/10yrs) enough room for everyone and privacy for the adults if needed. The resort atmosphere was very family orientated, with kids club and dedicated pool area for the little ones. It was great to see the cleaners and ground staff throughout the day, the resort was well looked after and looking its best. I will say that if it is busy it can be quite difficult to get some chairs around the pool as people tend to reserve them but be MIA - hats off to the activities staff for being on top of this, if chairs are reserved and left unattended for more than half hour, they will free up the seats 👏 Overall, for our first Bali trip very pleased with our stay.

Great family holiday!
Amazing place for a family to relax. Great amenities and food within the resort. Kids loved the pancakes for breakfast!
Walking distance to water bomb park and loads of food and shops. Will definitely visit again!
