Amazing stay
reception staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Sayu, who was exceptionally helpful with our luggage and made us feel well taken care of.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and peaceful—perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring Bali. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back on our next visit!

The Komu is absolutely gorgeous, the design is really exceptional. We had a gorgeous room with our own pool. The staff were extremely kind and very helpful. We especially enjoyed speaking with Putri and Adri at Aged and Butchered (which I think is technically a partner business) and their amazing cocktails. The only things that could have been slightly improved were the in house app which felt a little clunky and the breakfasts which weren’t bad, but not really consistent when it came to temperature.
Great hotel and staff
The hotel and staff were amazing. Can’t state this enough. Everybody was friendly and definitely the bartender staff at Aged and Butchered were lovely! Location, atmosphere and design are great. The roomservice app is maybe a bit clunky. The food was a slightly odd mix. We love the local Indonesian food and are western but the mix they serve at Komu at breakfast was slightly odd choice wise and temperature wise. Some runny eggs and toasties were cold.
