Great experiencie
Everything was amazing, we have a great time in our honeymoon. We specially want to thanks Guna, the housekeeper in charge of our bedroom, she was really Sweet and left everything neat.
Amazing hotel close to everything
Amazing hotel - perfect for families with an adjoining bunk room with nautical theme. All the staff are incredibly lovely - particular shout out to Guna who left us a lovely note & paper crane and was chatting to our daughter. Second stay& was even better than the first. Walking distance to the beach & lots of resto/shop options. Very highly recommended. The restaurant is absolutely amazing

Great Stay, Nice Hotel & Super Friendly Staff
The location is close to all the best bars, clubs, shops & restaurants. The vibe & atmosphere in and around the hotel is great. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The room is a bit small, but has everything you need. Two minus points: there‘s no iron in the room & the view is well not the best (looking out on a heap of dirt) is not the best view to relax during a vacation🤷🏾♀️I would say great value for money, during breakfast, you can actually order from the menu….how amazing is that!

We chose Holiday Inn Resort Canggu for our honeymoon, and it honestly exceeded all our expectations. Everything was just so easy, comfortable, and full of thoughtful little touches that made us feel truly special.
Our room was beautiful, incredibly clean, and had everything we needed. One of the biggest highlights was definitely spending the evening watching the sunset from the rooftop infinity pool while enjoying drinks at the bar. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. It’s one of those moments we’ll always remember.
A huge thank you to Pak Enggal, Assistant Room Division Manager, for the wonderful surprise of upgrading us to an Ocean View room. Waking up to that view every morning made our honeymoon even more magical.
We’re also so grateful to Kak Gerry at the Front Office for making our check-in experience so warm and effortless. He took the time to explain all the resort facilities and gave us some great recommendations around the hotel. We followed his suggestion to have dinner at Varuna, and it turned out to be one of our favorite meals during our stay. Amazing recommendation!
Another special thank you goes to Kak Ari and Arta from Housekeeping. Walking into our room and seeing the beautiful honeymoon towel art instantly made us smile. The little Petruk they made was incredibly adorable and such a unique, thoughtful touch. It’s those small details that make a stay truly unforgettable.
What made this resort stand out wasn’t just the beautiful property or the amazing facilities—it was the people. Every staff member we met was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. You can really feel the warmth and hospitality throughout the entire resort.
Thank you, Holiday Inn Resort Canggu, for giving us such a beautiful start to our married life. We couldn’t have asked for a better honeymoon, and we’ll definitely be back one day. ❤️
Great staff and food.
Had a fantastic time at the hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, always smiling and asking for feedback and caring, always asking if they can be of assistance. Shoutout to Fira, Eka, Darma, Linda, Suci and Hanny. Food too at the restaurant, Roomah, was great. Couldn't get enough of their chicken porridge for breakfast and oxtail soup for dinner! Kudos to the management for training the staff so well. Enjoyed the ocean view from our room too which was spacious.
