ASTON Canggu Beach Resort

location was fantastically close to the beach, which was a bonus, the atmosphere of the resort was very nice, and all staff members were excellent in giving good customer service. Room I was firstly put in was far too close to the nightclubs which kept me up 6 nights out of 7, the reception moved me after 2 nights to a better room. AYU and FEBRI were outstanding in their approach to my issues and tried to resolve them whilst I was the resort. If I was 25 years younger then this resort would be prefect, plenty of nightclubs to go too.

Nice hotel very centrally located & staff were lovely. However BEWARE The noise. It is situated next door and opposite 24hour bars m, with loud music, showing the world’s cup so screaming and shouting went on all night, still going at 7am the next morning. I cancelled rooms at the Eastin Ashta hotel because they were at least honest about the noise before we went. This hotel said nothing beforehand, were £300 more than the Eastin Ashta but are surrounded by noisy bars and endless slamming of doors from people in the bars coming back in the early hours. We did not sleep at all the first night we were in room 222 opposite the 24 hr bar they did move us to another room which was quieter but still not quiet enough. Overall we only slept ok 1 of the 4 nights we were there. Breakfast not bad but not very warm or replenished often enough. Rooftop terrace lovely but tired looking. Wouldn’t stay here again.
