Hilton kids club
The kids club at the Hilton is amazing both of my boys had so much fun. We were here for 2 weeks but throughout the time here they would beg to go to the kids club. Each day they had different engaging activities and the staff seemed to really enjoy what they do. It came across that the kids safety and enjoyment was their ultimate goal. We would highly recommend it again.

Lovely family holiday-but not as good as the last time!
We visited the hotel after having a fabulous time there last year and giving it a 5 star review.
This year wasn’t as good but we still enjoyed it.
Negatives:
On arrival we were offered a room very far away and didn’t even get a welcome drink when we checked in. My husband had emailed the hotel to let them know it was a very special birthday but the hotel didn’t acknowledge this sadly.
One day our room wasn’t cleaned at all even after we went to reception to ask.
The big pool that’s close to the stage is closed for refurbishment-we don’t know this when we booked.
The concierge (male) was not helpful at all. When I asked about centotes - his response was “we have many”. He didn’t offer any recommendations. It rained one day so we asked what we could do outside of the hotel and his response was “there is nothing to do outside of the hotel when it rains”!
The Japanese omasake was free last year and this year upon arriving at the restaurant we were told we had to pay $49 per person. However we weren’t told this when I booked through that same concierge!
Some of the classes on the activities schedule didn’t take place- twice i turned up for Stretching and there wasn’t anyone there.
There was really loud music in the buffet at breakfast one morning! It’s supposed to be a calm part of the day.
Not enough storage for 4 people sharing a room.
Positives: There are so many! Mostly all very helpful friendly staff. Fun entertainment team! This pool party was great. Yoga on the stage was great. The food in all the restaurants is amazing and of good variety and portions size especially the Japanese restaurant. The football zone was great for watching world cup matches. The sports bar was great and the staff are so attentive and welcoming. The hotel is clean and very well kept.

I spent my 30th birthday at this resort and loved it! Amado and all of the staff had impeccable customer service. I can’t wait to visit this beautiful property again

Excellent service and food
We dined as a family of 4 in Noriku restaurant and Jose was our waiter. He was very attentive and excellent with the children. The food was also fantastic and we have loved visiting here during our stay.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, our stay at Hilton Tulum All-Inclusive was absolutely perfect. Every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed, and the level of service exceeded our expectations.
The resort itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, spotless, and surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Every area felt clean, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed.
The food was consistently delicious, with plenty of variety, and the drinks were excellent throughout our stay. A special thank you to Adrian at the Lobby Bar, who truly made our vacation unforgettable. He remembered our drink orders from day one and even reserved us a special table so we could enjoy watching the World Cup. It's those personal touches that turn a great vacation into an exceptional one.
The spa deserves its own five-star review. It is, without question, the best resort spa I've ever experienced. The facilities are incredible, and the hydrotherapy circuit was absolutely top-notch. It was one of the highlights of our trip.
Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping our room immaculate, and we appreciated how attentive and consistent they were throughout our stay.
The entertainment team brought so much fun and energy to the resort, especially Jesus, whose enthusiasm and positive attitude were contagious. He made every activity enjoyable and created such a welcoming atmosphere.
The pool service was outstanding. We never had to hunt for chairs, the staff was always attentive, and drinks were never far away, allowing us to completely relax and enjoy our vacation.
Hilton Tulum All-Inclusive exceeded our expectations in every way. Between the incredible staff, outstanding food and drinks, beautiful grounds, world-class spa, and exceptional service, this was one of the best all-inclusive experiences we've ever had. We highly recommend this resort and can't wait to return!
