Wow, amazing.
Wow. What an amazing hotel. I will try and keep this short and to the point. Room was immaculate. Food incredible. Breakfast is buffet in 20 87 and table service in the Italian restaurant both have lots of choice. Lunch we got from the coffee shop or pool bar. Dinners were all amazing. Booking restaurants, we booked before we arrived but swapped and changed once there through our host who was also amazing. We are uk based so not used to the tipping but we tipped the bell boy, house keeping, bar staff, waiting staff, our host, drivers, you name it we tipped and received excellent service for it. Pool superb. Quite a few daily activities. Beach, looked beautiful but couldn't go on there or use the sea due to the amount of seaweed! Wildlife around the resort was insane, saw lots of firsts! Had to use the hotel doctor, they were also amazing and I couldn't fault the service I received. A definite 10/10

Beautiful Resort with Amazing Food & Service
We had a lovely time. The hotel was very clean. Food was amazing! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Each room has their own personal host. Ours was Zuleima and she was great!
One downside was the beach was filled with sargassum, so we could not make use of it. But the pools were great.
Our new favorite getaway !
We just returned from Unico 20°87 and genuinely loved every moment of our stay. The resort is breathtaking — from the lush grounds to the beautifully lit pools at night, everything feels intentional, serene, and luxurious. Every photo we took looks like it belongs in a travel magazine.
The pool areas were a standout for us. Whether it was relaxing in the exclusive members section, enjoying the quiet early‑morning calm, or watching fireworks light up the sky at night, the atmosphere was unforgettable. The entire property feels like a perfect blend of tropical beauty and modern design.
Our room was equally impressive. The romantic setup with rose petals, champagne, and thoughtful touches made our arrival feel personal and special. Housekeeping kept everything immaculate, and the space itself was comfortable, stylish, and peaceful.

Laura made our stay exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had everything we needed. From helping us navigate reservations to checking in throughout our stay, she made us feel cared for in a way that set Unico apart. Her hospitality elevated the entire experience.
Dining was consistently excellent — beautifully presented dishes, fresh ingredients, and desserts that looked like art. Service across the resort was friendly, polished, and consistent.
Unico 20°87 is the perfect mix of romance, relaxation, and luxury. We absolutely loved our time here and can’t wait to return.
First time but won’t be our last
We had an amazing stay at UNICO 20°87° Riviera Maya! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations.
The resort is absolutely beautiful, the grounds are immaculate, and the atmosphere is relaxing and luxurious. Every restaurant we tried was outstanding, but our favorite was the Italian restaurant—the food, service, and ambiance were exceptional.
We also spent a lot of time at the 20°87° Pool, which quickly became our favorite spot. The service, drinks, and fun atmosphere made every day enjoyable.
What truly made this vacation unforgettable, though, were our incredible butlers, Alexander and Alejandro. They went above and beyond every single day to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was helping with reservations, checking in on us, or taking care of every little detail, they always did it with genuine kindness and a smile. Their outstanding service made our vacation even more special, and they are a huge reason we’ll be returning.
