Phenomenal Service
Butlers Roger and Flores, bartenders Eugenio and Manuel, and server Carlos at Cueva Siete gave us an amazing experience for our honeymoon. Best service I have received on any of my travels.
Exceptional
This is our 7th time here. Service, food, staff...everything is always exceptional. Diego at the pool..every year...recognizes us....greets us, checks in thru the day. He spotted us day one of our trip this year...hasn't seen us in 8 months...and still recognized us and walked up with a warm greeting. Staff like that truly make unico stand out.
First in class service
Great experience! The hospitality, the accommodations, the cleanliness of the resort, the energy of all these hoses along with all the restaurants were amazing.

Friendly and hardworking staff!
We had a great time at 20 87 Unico! The Decor in the bar,reception,spa and restaurant areas are stunning! Plenty to do! We saw a couple of shows in the Palmera Lounge. We took part in the Mixology,which was fun! We loved the Artesanos every night ! We ate in each Restaurant,The Mexican was our favourite closely followed by the Japenese and then the Italian and French. JORGE was our host,he was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble for him, He booked the restaurants,spa,massage treatments and a trip to Tulum for us. He kept in touch everyday and even popped down to the pool or cafe/bar several times just to say Hi! He arranged a few surprises for my birthday and our wedding anniversary which were lovely,! Thankyou again! Shout outs go to ANDREAS who served us at the buffet restaurant at the start of our holiday. NAZARETH who gave us food recommendations at the Mexican restaurant.He also made us a Mayan Coffee Which was fascinating to watch and delicious! FERNANDO who served us in the 20 87 buffet restaurant on our last day,He was so friendly and made us smile! KRISTA in the coffee shop/Palmera lounge was friendly and made time to talk to us.Thankyou! PERLA in the Spa who did my hot stones massage and got rid of my back pain! Our server at the Hibatchi table in the Japenese restaurant(see photo) And a really big shout out to SEBASTIAN and KEVIN in the entertainment team who work so hard! The Hydrotherapy in the spa is a must! We loved the turned down service with a little chocolate every night! Housekeeping did a great job in keeping our room clean during our stay with fresh towels and bedding almost daily! The only reason we didn't score 5 stars is due to some furniture being marked/worn,Some untidy repairs in the room,marks on the curtains and dirty floors in the corridors outside the rooms which could be really slippy at times! The lifts we went in were a little bit dirty and in need of cleaning with a few chipped floor tiles. Overall a great stay and some great memories for us!
Best Anniversary Ever
My wife and came here for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Every aspect of it was amazing. Our personal butlers Rodrigo and Javier took very good care of us. They anticipated everything we might need, booked or dinner reservations, and saved seats at the pool for us. I wanted to do something special for our anniversary one of the nights. My wife and I don’t drink but I wanted to see if I could figure out a way to get sparkling apple cider. I sent a text to them and Rodrigo drove to a local store, got the bottle, then while we were at the pool, drew a bubble bath, provided chocolate dipped strawberries and the bottle on ice. Couldn’t have asked for more. The dining was gourmet every night and everyone that served us made the vacation amazing. The room was beautiful and the balcony was out favorite spot. We were on the top level so we could see the beach from the balcony. Everything was wonderful and it was an amazing anniversary. Thanks Unico and thank you to Rodrigo and Javier especially!
