⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 Amazing Nights at UNICO 20°87°
We just returned from another incredible 10-night stay at UNICO 20°87°, and once again, this resort did not disappoint! What truly makes UNICO so special, though, is not just the beautiful resort, incredible food, or gorgeous location—it’s the people who go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable.
A very special thank you to our fabulous butlers, Rodrigo and Javier. They were absolutely amazing! They made sure we were taken care of, anticipated our needs, and always went the extra mile. We truly appreciate everything they did for us throughout our stay!
Our pool concierges, Rosa and Alam, were wonderful and always made sure we had everything we needed. They were attentive, friendly, and such a pleasure to see each day.
And we have to give a huge shout-out to our pool bar team—Raul (Skinny), Manuel, Sara, and Lucy! 🍹 They were all fantastic and helped make our days by the pool even more enjoyable. Their service, smiles, and personalities made such a difference!
Marlene, the resort service representative, was also wonderful. She was always helpful and made sure any questions or requests were handled.
And Yesica deserves a special mention as well. She always makes sure everything is taken care of and that we are happy.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Fernanda during this stay, and what a wonderful addition to our UNICO experience!
We also have to mention two of our favorites—Angel at Mura House and Irving at Mi Carisa. They are both absolutely amazing and consistently provide exceptional service. It’s always so nice to see familiar faces who remember you and make you feel right at home.
And then there is Berenice… ❤️ Even though she was not our butler, she is one very special lady. She has such a kind heart and wonderful personality, and she always makes us feel special. Some people simply leave an impression on you, and Berenice is definitely one of those people.
After 10 nights, we left UNICO feeling grateful for all of these wonderful people who helped make our vacation so memorable. The relationships and friendships we’ve made with the staff over the years are honestly one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back.

Laura our hostess was INCREDIBLE!!!
We came here for our honeymoon and it was more than we could've ever dreamed of we were so lucky to have had Laura as our hostess. She went above and beyond to make sure we had all of our excursions booked dinner reservations booked and changed and made our entire stay streamlined. Anytime we had a question she responded within two minutes and had a solution. Forever grateful for our time spent at Unico and when we come back next summer we will be requesting Laura as our hostess again. Also, go on the sunset cruise or any tours Cancun adventures offer, those guys are INCREDIBLE!

Amazing!
This is by far one of my favorite places to be Food is excellent, the entire staff was amazing Mario was an excellent host, I took Pilates classes, both instructors were amazing! The staff at the legendary pool were excellent I can't wait to go back!

Beautiful Views & Best Food of All Resorts Visited!
Such a wonderful, relaxing time from the views, the food, activities, and hospitality! We love that out of other all-inclusive restaurants that we’ve visited, that this one actually cares about its culinary options and offer global options from the local Yucatán cuisine to French, Japanese, and Italian.
We loved the Aqua Workout with Alejandro, the excellent service of Eugencio at the pool, Oscar at the Avec restaurant, and Jose at the 20°87° restaurant during the breakfast buffet. The trip isn’t over so I’m sure we will meet more excellent service providers along the way too!
The only thing to be aware of is if you’re returning to the resort with a “paradise pass” that includes $450-500 resort credits, that you still have to pay a portion of each service you can use those credits toward, such as a $280 50 min. massage at the Spa is 65% off, so not covered entirely by credits, which would be $98 out of pocket, or the $130 men’s hair cut is $45.50, etc.
However, the experience itself is worthwhile and makes for the best backdrop to slow down, unwind, and make memories together while enjoying great food and excellent service in a stunning place! We also love the Coatís along the beach and around the resort!
