Best honeymoon location!
We came to TRS Yucatan for our honeymoon, we wanted a relaxing trip without leaving the resort as we’d previously visited Mexico and already seen the sights we wanted.
Resort: The resort was beautifully kept, clearly taken care of well by the staff. It offered everything we could’ve needed. Pools, beach, restaurants, wildlife, greenery, sports and more.
Location: Around an hour and a quarter from the airport, got a private transfer which was worth it! Saves going round all the other hotels on the way.
Beautiful beaches across an expansive collection of 4 hotels.
Room: We got an upgrade to a room with a small pool, and it was well worth it. The room itself was gorgeous, clean, spacious and comfortable. We were in villa 66 and our butlers Mafer, George and Carlos were so helpful with anything we needed. So friendly and welcoming, it was a pleasure to get to know them whilst we were there. Noise levels were minimal through the night, very peaceful.
Getting around: Having the transport around the resorts was so helpful, we would’ve melted if we had to walk everywhere! Although the resorts were easily walkable, especially the beaches.
Food: The food was delightful, from the included room service, to bookable restaurants, to the beautiful breakfasts we had at Helios. Our favourite meal was at El Gaucho - get the braised short rib, best meal I’ve had in a while.
Staff: All the staff couldn’t do enough to help you, very polite, friendly and accommodating. Please make sure you tip them - they absolutely deserve it.
Add ons: If you can afford it, upgrade to palladium travel club, it’s well worth it for all the extras - especially chic cabaret! Such a fun night to get dressed up for.
Overall this was the perfect choice for our honeymoon!!
A Little Piece of Heaven In Mexico
We had an incredible time at TRS Yucatan. The food, service and especially the staff were absolutely top-notch. Can't wait to return! Special thanks to Cesar at Helios, Idui at the Italian restaurant, our incredible Butlers including Samuel, Miguel and so many other bartenders were absolutely incredible and so many others whose names unfortunately that I cannot remember.
TRS Yucatán our vacation
My wife and I stayed in the same villa as last year here, in #66 by the infinity pool and Helios restaurant. With the same butler we had last year. Carlos was excellent both stays, the wait staff and hostesses at Helios recognized us from last year and greeted us like old friends. Lourdes from last year, Martha, and all the hostess staff, I can’t remember all the names and don’t want to leave any one out. Waiters Francisco, and Fernando at Elgaucho, and Tentazione, also were very good. Hector the bellman also recognized us from last year and greeted us daily and asked about our plans for the day. Everyone always pleasant and very friendly. Seaweed was same as last year still Horrible, and the saltwater pool was closed again because of it. Overall it was a very good stay and look forward to staying here again. Hopefully without the seaweed.
A special place
All you would ever want in all inclusive resort. The service. The amenities were top notch. The butlers Francisco and Ramon made the accommodations easy. Bravo
Amazing stay!
It was an amazing stay. My husband and I were very satisfied about all the services and very glad to have chosen TRS to celebrate our honeymoon. All staff is very kind, polite, gentle and willing to help and serve at their best. Food and drinks are quite delicious. Highly recommend!
