Great all inclusive
Service was great, beach was a little small, but staff worked hard to keep it clean. Good snorkeling. Good pools, good food.

Service at this resort is second to none!
We are having amazing time with the staff Ari and Alan from entertainment team. Pool activities are amazing and morning stretching class is just what we need to start day! Antonio , pool concierge is wonderful to find us seating, clean towels, clean glasses and get us fishing trip at great price. Our building concierge in building 4, Jose is amazing to make site our every need is met. Bar staff in Preferred Club is outstanding!
Absolutely amazing!
We absolutely loved our time at Secrets Akumal! The property is so lush and beautiful, the staff is so kind and personable, and the entertainment is fantastic. A few shouts outs - the guys who led the music trivia, movie trivia, and water aerobics during the day - they were so fun and engaging; everyone involved in the entertainment at night - we loved all of the performances and were especially impressed with Abby during the Endless Show; and, our server, David, at Portofino provided impeccable service. As soon as we left, we started planning our next trip - thank you so much to all of the staff we interacted with as well as everyone working behind the scenes to make this place and our experience so amazing!
Amazing vacation
It was amazing! We had a great time. Everyone was so nice and accommodating throughout our stay. We stayed in a Preferred Club Ocean View Suite, and it was absolutely worth it. The resort was beautiful, and everything—from the pre-arrival experience to our departure—was seamless and exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, first-class getaway.
