First time Secrets Guest. Great Service, Great Food, No Complaints at All.
My wife I and I stayed here for 4 nights and had never visited any Secrets before. We are willing to pay for a great experience and that's exactly what we received. The service here is amazing. Every single employee wanted to help us with whatever we needed. The food was great, the service was great, the activities were great......I really can't say there are any negatives. Great trip, we have been to Cancun/Riveria Maya probably 6 or 7 times and will definitely come back.

Girls weekend!!!
This was a perfect vacation for a girls weekend…The food was wonderful. The staff was amazing and so accommodating. The Preferred Club was a great break to connect with others , play board games, 3 meals … there is always something to do some of my favs was paint and sip (with Andrea), sea-snorkeling (Eric and Ari were amazing ) mind you I can’t swim (don’t judge) and Eric did a wonderful job in coaching me and walking me through and I had a amazing experience…the guacamole class (Jesus, Lucia, and Carlos) were amazing… there are so many wonderful things to say but you need to experimented it for yourself …. Plus make sure you get a massage or two it while your there :-)
Amazing wedding & holiday
Went to Secrets for a wedding. Had an amazing time. Customer service and attentiveness was fantastic. The beach area was clean and well maintained. There were a lot of amazing restaurants and variety of foods. Popular restaurants get very busy so there can be some wait but they give you a buzzer and that notifies you when your table is ready. Fabulous holiday

Akumal is the Best
I honestly don’t have one negative thing to say about this stay. It rained our entire trip, and yet, there was still plenty the resort scheduled to keep us occupied. The staff was always willing to go above and beyond. The entertainment staff worked around the rain and had options available to keep us engaged. The nightly shows were phenomenal. The food was exceptional. The beach was gorgeous. I cannot say enough good things about this resort and I am definitely looking forward to coming back during better weather. If it was THIS good during the rain, I can’t imagine what it’s like when the sun is shining everyday!!!
