Worst resort food we’ve experienced
I was very disappointed with the food during our week-long stay. We tried every restaurant the resort offers, including the buffet, and none of them were good. Instead of improving, the quality seemed to decline as the week went on. By the end of the trip, we were dreading mealtimes, which is not what you expect from a resort that promotes its dining options.
We were also given incorrect information about the excursions. Resort staff told us that my pregnant wife could participate in one, but when we arrived, we were turned away and told she could not take part. We lost three hours of our final day because the requirements were not checked beforehand. A simple check at booking would have saved us the time and frustration.
I would encourage management to review food quality across all of their restaurants and to make sure staff give guests accurate information about excursion requirements before sending them out. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this resort.

Friendly environment
This is an outstanding destination for families. The entertainment staff—David, Lesly, and Axel—are exceptional at fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment. We highly recommend this property for an exemplary guest experience.

Great holiday
I had an amazing 11 days here, amazing hotel great staff from start to finish , so attentive always eager to help . Would definitely stay here again... Park next door is amazing 😍
