Itbos always an absolute pleasure to stay at the Royal Club. Superb cooking, pleasant and peaceful pool, strolls seeing all these cute and wonderful animals.

Playa del Carmen trip
The resort was very nice. We got there and were greeted by a nice young lady that helped us to get to the check in. The lady who checked us in was very nice and didn't take long to get us in our room. The room was very nice and clean. The resort had a really nice buffet restaurant and several sit down restaurants. We ate at Los Olivos which was very nice with delicious food. There were several pools which were nice and clean. We were amazed at how quiet it was at the pools. The staff as a whole were very nice and friendly. Everything was very clean. It was about an hour away from the airport. It didn't seem that long.

Awesome staff
We always have a great time at this resort!! Alberto in royal club made us a special lunch and dessert Patricia at the spa gave me the best deep tissue massage I desperately needed. And even Mario our bell boy took care of us upon departure. Leo at the beach buffet, Javier one of our many bartenders and so many others, thank you!!! Until next time

Leo was amazing during all the games, archery, Zumba! Definitely recommend! Such great personality and great experience.
