Brilliant family holiday, wonderful staff
We had a brilliant experience at this hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would like to make a special mention to Gabi, the concierge, unfortunately my son needed to go to the hospital during our visit and Gabi was so kind and reassuring (along with all of the pool side staff) - we couldnt have been more grateful. We would also like to mention Hector, from the Azul pool - what an amazing guy! My kids loved him and absolutely made their time by the pool the best (Along with his wonderful colleagues - they were all brilliant). Thank you for such a memorable holiday!

A brill family holiday at Hard Rock Riviera Maya!
An A star hotel!! The best provision for coeliac I have ever experienced from a hotel and country. The chefs (shout out Chef Victor and Chef Luis at The Market) and staff were all uterrly fantastic. The sit down restaurants had plenty of gluten free options too. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were the most friendly and approachable we've met in another country. The wildlife made this holiday too - white nose coaties, agoutis, iguanas, and spider monkeys roaming the grounds was amazing. A literal zoo! The only downside was the process to book excursions. We felt we wasted half a day attending a presentation for the legendary memership which was way out of our price point just to get discounted excursion tickets. We considered it again after meeting the quality control manager but after research decided against it. Overall, an amazing holiday made so by the lovely staff of the hotel.

Best experience ever !!
Best experience ever !! Good service at any time!! Great service from William and the Supervisors Cecilia and Aaron at the water park , they are really great team( Wilbert , Orlando and Diego , thanks guys) ! I absolutely will comeback.
Great experience at HR Riviera Maya
We had a great experience! The food and service was great! The rooms were always clean and with everything we needed it. The pools always had activities all inclusive for families! Everyone was always friendly, especially our butlers “ Paola and Omar” they always made sure we had a great experience and that we had everything we needed!
Excelente stay, 100% recommended
This is my second time staying here with my family. We love the atmosphere and the shows. Excelent food, drinks and service, the staff was amazing but special mention to Diego and Naef for making our vacation an unforgettable experience.
