Amazing Hotel
We booked this hotel last minute and it was our fifth time in Mexico. I have to say this hotel was one of the best. The rooms were of a very night standard, the food was absolutely superb, and what can I say about the staff, well they were absolutely amazing. And talking about the staff I have to say they went above and beyond but one member for me could not do enough, and that was Michelle from the Sports Bar. She went beyond, beyond! I would definitely recommend this hotel, and don’t forget to try the lazy river 😊
Fantastic meal
Had a wonderful meal at the Butchers Blockhere with steak that melted in the mouth. The desserts nearly finished me as they were so good! Rogerio was so attentive explaining the dishes and options. Thank you so much

Going through vacation withdrawal
We had both good and bad experiences at the Grand Sirenas but I will focus on the good. The restaurants were wonderful. Food was good! Most servers were so friendly and sweet. Very clean rooms. Jorge and Roberto from our concierge team in 2800 were amazing! There was another gentleman in our concierge team who recommended the Playa del Carmen shopping tour. We went on the tour and had a great time. I cannot remember his name, but I thank him very much for his recommendation. I have a bad knee so unfortunately had to rely on shuttle service often. Roberto made sure I was well looked after. He always went above and beyond which truly made my vacation so much better. And thank you Roberto for feeding our feline babies after we left!

WALTER the waiter at Verbena!
Buffet restaurant Verbena at Grand Sirenis Riviera maya, immaculately clean, decorated beautifully, food choice is exceptional, the food is so good, full of flavour! The staff are outstanding, friendly, attentive and always smiling. One waiter in particular WALTER is fantastic! We found him to be so helpful, nothing was ever too much, he remembered our names and always asked how are day had been and if he could more for us, such a credit to the Grand Sirenis with staff like walter it truly makes it a Wonderful place.
