Welcome Home to El Dorado Maroma
There is nothing quite like hearing "Welcome Home" when you return to this incredible resort. Everything they do is focused on making your experience the best it can possibly be. We spent our days enjoying the stunning beach, where Armando made sure we were flawlessly taken care of.
The entertainment crew brought so much genuine joy and enthusiasm to our trip—Alex, Mafer, Angel, Naomi, Tristan, and DJ Cris had us laughing through pool volleyball, trivia, dance lessons, and the foam party!
Eating gluten-free can be stressful, but the culinary team here is incredibly accommodating. I always felt completely safe, and mornings at Papito's with Carlos, Arturo, and Fernando were filled with delicious food and great laughs.
To top it all off, Julieta and Hans were the ultimate dream team of butlers. They took care of every little thing to make our anniversary special, from beautiful bed decorations to arranging reservations and custom pillows. It was a truly worry-free getaway, and we are already counting down the days until we go back!

A true vacation!! Spoiling beyond measure by the staff here at Maroma. It is truly their mission to ensure you a pleasurable and memorable experience. Thank you to Augustin, Josue, Karen, Renee, Betsy, Enrique, Eli, Manuel,Felipe, Roberto, Salome, Armando , Mitzi from house keeping and the wonderful teams helping to make the restaurants and spa on this resort exceptional! Do not miss out on a trip to the beautiful spa as soon as you arrive! You will not be disappointed.

Excellent as always!
This was our third trip to Maroma. Somehow it gets better every single time! Tristan was fantastic with the activities and keeping everyone engaged. Rene, Karen, and all the other bartenders were fantastic! Eli our butler was great and went above and beyond. Last but not least Agustin, he took great care of us. After a little mishap with a steak he had the issue corrected the next day and served up something up even better. Even after telling him it was all good and not to worry about it he would not take that and went above and beyond what he had to do. For that we will always be grateful and we cannot wait to get back to Maroma very soon! Thank you again to the amazing staff for the excellent service and for just being great people! If you are looking for a great resort with people who care this is the place for you. You will not go hungry or thirsty. The proximity of how close everything is makes this resort a top pick for us.

Would definitely visit again!
My husband and I spent 8 days (well, currently on day 6 of 8) and we’ve had such a great experience that I couldn’t wait to write my review! Everyone has been so friendly and attentive. The food has been amazing and we’ve loved all of the activities included with our stay. Tristan, Mafer, Angel, Naomi, Chris, Alex, and all of the other staff members made us feel at home. Our concierge, Elizabeth, was friendly and helpful as well. We’ve had a great experience and would recommend people book their next vacation here!
