Back twice in one year!
We had the best time at Barcelo Riviera Maya both in February and in Sept. we especially had great service from Carlos Lopez at the Pool bar, he was fantastic! We will be back!
Amazing bartenders
Amazing time, 2nd time here this year (came in February as well) and the pool bar bartenders are amazing. Carlos Lopez, both times I’ve been here has been exceptional and incredible service and friendly!
Business trip
Rooms are very beautiful with wonderful view, both sea or forest. Its quite and you can enjoy on beach or pool without distraction. If you want to have exercise hotel offer nice path to run or walk around hotel and gym.
So relaxing and the service everywhere was amazing!
Carlos Lopez was excellent at the pool bar! Can't wait to come back!
