3rd Amazing Time
Another amazing trip to Barcelo Maya Palace, we stayed in the Premium Junior Ocean Front Suite and it was so clean and fresh, the hotel grounds are spectacular and the double decker bus takes you to the other 5 resorts and the mall where you can go bowling and hang out. We even got to see the resident Monkey on day, he is kinda big but friendly. The Spa is amazing premium guest get a 60 minute daily water therapy which is a great start each morning. The 9 speciality restaurants throughout the resorts are amazing and the many buffets always have something that hits the spot. Now I want to take a moment to mention the staff at the Barcelo Maya Palace that makes the stay even more wonderful, Keyli Velazquez, Gerson Caamal, Erick Valenzuela, Jesus Gonzales, Victor Carrillo, Francisco Arcos, Fernando Robles, Job (from the Premium Lounge), Diana Gonzalez, Herber Perez, Gabriela Ramos, Luis Wex, Lidia Ramirez, Angelica Acosta, last but not least Aracely from the buffet so amazing. Thank you we will see you again!

Nice vacation in Barcelo 5th time
It was good to be back at the Barecelo Maya palace with Family to enjoy Mexico food, atmosphere, Sea, Xcaret parks, Joya Cirque Du Soleil.

Family fun time
This is a very nice and beautifully kept resort. Always clean, rooms are big and spacious, excellent for families. The food is fresh and delicious. The staff are so incredible and kind. Always trying their best to help you in any way they can. It is a very big resort so prepare for alot of walking but over all i enjoyed fully. I do recommend to ask for a room close the the pool.

Avoid their tours
We used their shuttle in - dirty, broken seatbelts and a very angry driver. We confirmed cancelling a return shuttle in person at the desk and on check out they accused us of lying about the cancellation and charged us the full amount.
I also booked some tours with them and they misled us about the quality and nature of the tours (I.e. private bus because massive tour bus).

Great place to go to! All the amenities r w/in a walking distance . Service was amazing! Perfect for families.
