Read a few negative comments but i can honestly say i can NOT fault this hotel!! The hotel is stunning, they are always cleaning and staff are friendly always willing to help.... Huge shout out Jesus at the beach bar....very attentive and a great nice guy, his cocktails are soo good!! we ate in most of the restaurants, my favourite was the italian and my husbands was the indian... buffet was good, id say more so at morning and lunch. but there soo much choice!!! Rooms are lovely and spacious, we dudnt book a sea view but we cld still see the sea and that was a nice surprise!!!! we will 100% come back to this hotel

Reading a lot of negative reviews on here about this fantastic hotel, please do not judge until you come yourself you will have a wonderful family holiday with loads to do.
- Food
Breakfast is very good, anything from omelettes, pancakes and waffles for the kids, great variety of other food.
The Italian for lunch is very good too, this doesn’t need to be booked. Walk in service for lunch.
Hunters steakhouse very good this needs to be booked.
Teppenaki great experience for families. Quality food.
The sports bar opens at 3pm. If you’re looking for something light to eat, chicken wings, ribs and burgers etc, this is the place to be. Shout out to Ignacio the waiter who is exceptional at his job and so polite, ask him to sing you a song #pavarotti. Thank you ignacio for making our holiday, service with a smile.
Kids club aswell very good. Shout out to the entertainment team, Leon the lion 😀, who is very good at his job.
Entertainment in the evening very good, loads to do, there is even a late night music in the cave.
The pool service during the day is excellent, shout out to Wilbert who is absolute gentleman and great at his job 👍.
The gym has top class facilities
