– Family Stay Review
We had a wonderful family vacation at the Royalton Splash Riviera Cancún. The resort offers impressive facilities, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.
🌊 Pools & Swim‑Out Suite
The pools are absolutely extraordinary — spacious, fun, and perfect for families. Our swim‑out room was extremely comfortable and added a luxurious touch to our stay.
🍹 Service & Staff
Service was generally excellent, especially at the bars. The bartenders were very attentive, and we want to give a special mention to Armando at the Diamond Club, who made our experience even better with his outstanding service.
Our butlers were exceptional — always available, thoughtful, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. Thanks to Israel and Victoria.
🍽️ Restaurants
We enjoyed several restaurants, especially the French, Japanese, and The Cave. The service at The Cave was remarkable, thanks to Ernesto, who delivered an extraordinary dining experience.
💆 Spa
The spa is simply outstanding — one of the highlights of the resort. Beautiful facilities and top‑tier treatments.
⚠️ Areas for Improvement
While our stay was excellent overall, a few points could be improved:
• Beach area: The Diamond Club section is not clearly marked or visible, and there were significant amounts of sargassum, which affected the beach experience. • Service consistency: The quality of service varied quite a bit between restaurants. • Room cleaning: Housekeeping could be more consistent and attentive.
⭐ Overall Impression
Despite a few minor issues, we had a fantastic family vacation. The pools, the Diamond Club service, the spa, and the staff — especially Israel, Victor, Armando, Ernesto — made our stay memorable. We would happily return.

A time to remember and definitely revisit
Our family had an amazing time and really enjoyed the experience. Our butler Enrique made everything so easy and a time to remember.

Avoid this resort!
The hotel cancelled our reservation and we are currently in dispute and American Express are fighting the case to recover our money. Be very careful when booking this resort. Avoid of possible

i had such an amazing stay. the whole resort was so clean and beautifully maintained, you could tell how much care goes into keeping everything nice. the hospitality was incredible and all of the staff were so friendly helpful and always asking if we needed anything. there were so many fun things to do and the whole experience was amazing definitely recommend. it was always made sure that our rooms were put together when we would come back. shoutout to my butlers ricardo and alex —ustedes son los mejores
