We had an amazing stay at this resort! Everything was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was excellent. The staff were kind, professional, and always willing to help.
A special thank you to Erick for his outstanding service. He always made sure we had everything we needed and took great care of us throughout our stay. His kindness and attention truly made our experience even more enjoyable.
Our only suggestion would be to consider offering more food options suitable for Muslim guests by avoiding pork and alcohol in some dishes. We believe this small improvement would make the resort even more welcoming for visitors from different backgrounds.

A Great Week in Margaritaville!
This was a great vacation experience. Incredibly relaxing, accommodating, and a great time. The best part was the staff. Gibran and Luis, as well as Ivan were staff members that truly made this trip excellent and like we were just at home. They were quick to learn our names and about us and created a welcoming environment. Housekeeping and room service were two other exceptional services done well and timely.
We love Salted Rim
We had the time of our lives at Margaritaville! Specifically, the salted rim bar and the bartenders Luis and Gibran! They are ANGELS ON THIS EARTH and genuinely made our stay what it was. We love them so much and look forward to seeing them again.
