A Trip to Remember
The Butler service was outstanding. Joaquin was on top of everything and very pleasant. If we needed anything or had an issue, he made sure to get it resolved quickly. Joaquin turned our trip around and made this experience one to remember. Thank you Sr Joaquin for your dedication and hard work. Hats off to the head Chef Sr Julio who made outstanding dishes and also made this trip one to remember. Your work is greatly appreciated. Until next time
Truly exceeded all expectations
We were extremely pleasantly surprised by everything in this resort.
The entire team has a positive attitude, and we never received a "No" or "not possible" answer to any of our requests. The team went above and beyond to help us with what ever we needed! And this was very important to us as our daughter has several food allergies.
We are already planning our return trip for February 2027!
I want to take this opportunity to recognize a few specific people: Marco the concierge Abdiel the bartender Landy and Tania at the kids club Ruben and his team of waiters The chefs helping to make sure the food was safe for my daughter

Pleasant Vacation
We enjoyed the resort. It was a clean property, the staff was friendly and helpful, the dining options were plentiful, and the beverages made to our liking. Our butler Joaquin was attentive and asked often if there was anything we needed he could assist with. Fun pool activities at the main pool for older adults.
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, amazing for a relaxing holiday
Just finishing off a 10 nights stay. Just what we needed, completely relaxing holiday. We were aware that there would be sargassum on the beach but didn’t realise just how much and how smelly it would be so we only went in the sea once in the whole stay. The water in a worse colour than our dirty rivers! But that isn’t the hotels fault and we acknowledge that. It’s just a shame and very awful for the hotels who work tirelessly everyday to clear the most they can. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and the food is beautiful in all restaurants. We used Uber for taxis to nearby Puerto Morelos town and to Cancun. Very competitively priced (way cheaper than booking through the hotel) and available all the time. When checking out we had loads of points left to spend in the snack shop, however the reception staff had cut our bands off which you use to spend your points. When we realised this we asked her to reactivate but she said now that they’ve been cut off we wouldn’t use it. So don’t let your bands be removed until you are actually leaving the hotel.

Fantastic service and a great stay - ask for Joaquin!
We had a great stay at Margaritaville Cancun in a swim-up room. Joaquin, our butler, was awesome and organised dinner on the pier at the beach, which was a real highlight.
The pools were great and lovely and quiet. The Italian restaurant was good, lunch was great and the tacos were amazing. The waiters were top notch, and the service throughout the hotel really stood out.
The only downside was the beach being full of seaweed during our stay, which was disappointing.
Overall, a really enjoyable stay. A special thank you to Joaquin and all the staff for looking after us so well.
